Holiday home Casa San Piero is a beautiful stone building that includes air conditioning, WiFi internet and pool. The vacation home has a total of two private units. The property can sleep up to ten guests comfortably in five bedrooms with four bathrooms. Conveniently located in the centre of San Martino, Italy in the tourist area "Florence And Surroundings" and only 26 km (16 mi) from Florence.

The owners live on the ground floor of CASA DEL FATTORE, while the guests are on the first floor. The two portions have separate and totally independent entrances.

Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the mountains and the hills ideal for a splendid vacation in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of sightseeing. Also available outdoors are a patio and barbecue grill. Many people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit property where they can spend time together in the common areas, such as the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters with bedroom and bathroom. In addition, each unit has its own kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery.

Casa San Piero is a lovely stone building that has a total of two separate apartments that is conveniently located in the centre of San Martino, Italy in the tourist area "Florence And Surroundings" and only 26 km (16 mi) from Florence. Casa San Piero, among other amenities, includes also WiFi internet, shared pool and air conditioning.

Casa Del Fattore (130sq m) is a three-bedroom unit with two bathrooms that is built on one level and can accommodate up to six guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
