At least there were no bedbugs.

This place is definitely over the hill. Saggy, creaky mattress, not enough power outlets, corroded fixtures, peeling paint, some sort of little ant-like bugs in bathtub. Skimpy towels. Lowest grade tissues. Overpriced.

Here’s a detailed and professional review that clearly expresses your dissatisfaction while keeping it constructive and impactful: I recently stayed at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Brooksville, and it was, without a doubt, one of the most disgusting hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I rented four rooms, and all four were absolutely filthy. I was shocked by the complete lack of cleanliness and basic hygiene standards in this hotel.

The hotel pictures online were deceiving. When I arrived with my family, we were given the wrong room. I had to go back to the front desk to request another room because the one we received was occupied. The staff eventually provided us with a different room. The next morning, when I tried to iron my clothes, the iron wasn’t working. I went to the front desk again, and they had to go to another room to get me a replacement. After that, I left for the day. When we returned, the room key wasn’t working, so I had to make another trip to the front desk to get a new key. To make matters worse, dogs were barking everywhere, making it difficult for us to sleep. This experience was very inconvenient for my family and me. I won’t be staying at any Microtel hotel again. My daughter plays travel softball, and I need a hotel where, after a long day under the sun, we can return to a quiet place to rest.

Kind of a raw deal

when we arrived My husband became ill. I put our bags in our room while we waited for an ambulance. I used the bathroom once in the room. neither one of us stayed in the room as my husband was in the hospital and I stayed there with him. Because I used the restroom we were charged for the nights stay.
