CdC I Apartments by House of Tale

CdC Apartments are located in Porto city center, in the commercial area of Cedofeita. There are 2 completely renovated apartments, 10 minutes' walk from Casa da MĂșsica or ClĂ©rigos Tower.
The CdC Apartments are fully equipped with kitchen, laundry, living and dining area.
They feature cable TV, free Wi-Fi and appliances required for an extended stay.
Each unit has a double bedroom suite, a private bathroom, a twin bedroom and a support bathroom.
Bed and bath linen is provided.
Given its privileged location, guests of CdC Apartments can easily visit the major sights of central Porto.

Municipal Tourist Tax
2 € per night and per person up to a maximum of 14 €.
The tourist tax levied on guests over the age of thirteen (13) is payable per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights per stay.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 20.

Vivre en appartement avec les commodités d'un hÎtel

Ce trÚs joli appartement (superbement situé prÚs du centre de Porto à 10 minutes de station de métro Lapa) est pris en charge par l'hÎtel Tipografia do Conto qui offre un excellent accueil et propose de belles excursions (comme dans la vallée du Douro). L'appartement est trÚs confortable et a une jolie terrasse inattendue au centre ville. Le stationnement est étroit, mais typique des standards européens.

L’appartement confortable, fort bien Ă©quipĂ© et lumineux Ă©tait idĂ©alement situĂ©, tout proche de l’hĂŽtel Tipografia do Conto oĂč nous avons pu prendre un petit dĂ©jeuner royal! De plus, les 2 jeunes femmes qui nous ont accueillies et Marcia Ă©galement, ont Ă©tĂ© d’une grande gentillesse, d’une aide prĂ©cieuse et d’une efficacitĂ© redoutable pour nous rendre notre sĂ©jour des plus agrĂ©ables! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un appartement lumineux et meublé avec goût. Nous avons aussi profité des petits-déjeuners de l hÎtel copieux et composé de produits trÚs frais. Tout le personnel est à l ecoute et trÚs accueillant. Une excellente adresse.

Tres bel appartement avec garage, idĂ©alement situĂ© au coeur de Porto. Il permet d'accĂšder au centre historique Ă  pied en une dizaine de minutes. l'appartement en lui mĂȘme est moderne, refait Ă  neuf, fonctionnel et agrĂ©able Ă  vivre. il est, dotĂ© d'une jolie terrasse. le service de menage quotidien est un rĂ©el confort. A recommander.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. The patio was a very nice feature. My one small issue was the elevator stopped 1/2 floor up or down from the apartment’s door. This meant we had to use 5 - 6 stairs each time we went out and again on our return. My sister and I both have mobility issues so this would be the only reason that we wouldn’t book here again.

Lovely apartment on a quiet one-way street with lots of little shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Super comfy beds and pillows. Lovely terrace outside. Perfect for two friends sharing as it has two bedrooms and two shower rooms. The only negative is that there is no aircon in the bedrooms so sadly I couldn't stay here in the height of summer but mid-September was fine.

We loved our stay at this place. It was a wonderful,.clean apartment that had a very well stocked kitchen. Since it was very hot in August we were happy the air conditioning worked well and the extra fans for the bedrooms were a plus. You check in at the hotel around the corner and we were able to use their pool, which was delightful. It was located in a very nice part of Porto and we felt very safe walking around. There were several nice cafés and shops within walking distance.I would defintely come back to this place in the future.

The check in process was at a boutique hotel around the corner from the apartment. This went smoothly, and the person overseeing the entire lobby, bar, and pool area of the hotel (Robert) was helpful and attentive. The apartment itself is an older apartment, but large enough and well organized to suit our needs as a family of four. As a precaution for warmer months: their is AC in the living room, but the bedrooms/ bathrooms do get warm. A large fan was provided to circulate the air down the hall. The closet space is nice for a family, although space in general is tight, as is most apartments near the city center. Bathroom and shower tile could use a refinish and deep clean. Only real issue was with the stove. It would not turn on, and when troubleshooting with the hotel staff, the breaker was off. When we turned on, realized that it electrified the entire metal counter/sink area and we quickly turned off as this is a great hazard. When we informed the staff through WhatsApp in the morning, we did not receive a response, and at check out the next day when we mentioned it again, it was a shrugged apology. Overall, we made the best of the stay, but some issues could be addressed.

Clean, Modern Apartment in a Great Location – Perfect for Families!We had a wonderful stay in this apartment, which was perfect for our family of four. It was modern, tastefully furnished, and exceptionally clean—exactly what we were hoping for. The location is fantastic, offering a true local experience in a vibrant and walkable area.A couple of minor notes: parking can be a bit tricky (I would suggest calling in advance to verify), and with only one air conditioner for the entire unit, the bedrooms were a little warm during the hottest days. Still, these were small trade-offs for an otherwise excellent stay. If you’re looking for a well-appointed apartment in a great neighborhood, this is a fantastic choice!

Great stay! The flat had everything we needed. We were able to walk to everything. We had a great intro to the place and a few recommendations. One small issue with the washer door that was immediately handled so it was no big deal but a testament to how quickly they handle an issue. Would recommend and would return.
