The Space:
You will have at your disposal a bright duplex apartment with two bedrooms, featuring a living room with a chaise longue sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, cable channels, and WiFi. It includes three bathrooms (a guest bathroom on the lower floor and a full bathroom in each bedroom on the upper floor) and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining table.

We suggest a stroll along Avenida dos Aliados, some shopping on Rua das Flores, and to end your day beautifully, a dinner at Ribeira with a stunning view of the Douro River and the Gaia waterfront!

You can also take the opportunity to visit the beaches of Foz do Douro, just 7 km away.

Other Things to Note:
Key collection is done at our Welcome Center – located at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto – where you can meet our staff!

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.

If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time, without prior authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a replacement cost will be charged (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a charge of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – price upon request.

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV expenses of 190€. If this amount is exceeded, the extra cost will be covered by the guest.

The tenant is required to allow access to a staff member for property inspections whenever requested by the host. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
