In a nutshell. The place was well presented in every way. The rooftop bar in particular offers a fine view of Porto day or night and never too crowded. One suggestion: dim the lights in the ground floor restaurant during diner service. You don't really get a good view of the river because the lighting is reflected in the large windows

Dirty. Stained carpet and dust covered air vents. The shower pan is not angled properly, so the water does not drain. Instead, the water runs into the bathroom. This problem is probably why the room smells odd.

We stayed there before, was way better, now seems lost the way, need to improve. Check-in is not welcoming, until we met the manager who was amazing ,we saw no courtesy or professional attentive behavior, kind of staff a bit lost. Breakfast could improve a lot, is a mess, no offer of out of buffett were accepted without exitation, choices are poor, breads are terrible like worst of a supermarket packaged, staff not welcoming, coffee machine broken, 10 minutes prior to end the staff opened the coffee machines so no one could use, and started to clean the room with chemical cleaners, moving chairs while customers still seated finishing eating. Total disrespect and a health issue and hazard cleaning and vacuuing while customers there, after complain the supervisor or so told me "breakfast is over" like by the clock we were not welcoming anymore. Really lack of experience on customer service.

Loved the hand written welcome note in my room with the pastels. Nice touch. The view from 204 was amazing. The bed was REALLY REALLY firm. The shower had some drainage issues because the floor wasn’t angled properly for the water to run down so you had to push it to the drain. This was not fun for 2 days. Ubers were easy to get And really cheap here. They stick to the check in time so I went to explore until then. I would stay again but I would ask about a softer mattress.

A very modern and spacious hotel. Beautifully located with very friendly staff and wonderful views from the rooftop bar. We had a nice meal there and it is easy to walk into the town. I loved the cool aesthetic of the new and old blended together.

We were thrilled with our stay at Neya. We were there 2 nights and appreciated that they had parking for guests (20Euros/night) but they also allowed us to park our car there before check in. Check in was fast and every staff we met were so friendly and accommodating. We were grateful for the river view superior room upgrade which was a lovely to wake up to. The room was immaculate especially the bathroom which is so important for us. And the hotel was in a great location we never moved the car! We walked 15-20 minutes into city center or took the bus which was 3 minutes away.
