This hotel was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival we were greeted by 2 friendly staff who made us feel very welcomed. Throughout our 4 night stay all the staff which we had communicated with (5 in total) were all kind and courteous and went that extra mile in making our stay unforgettable. The only complaint was for me was the pillows were too soft, which made it difficult for me to sleep but this was a personal minor thing. If I was to come to Porto again, I will definitely book this hotel again without a doubt. I would like to thank all the staff that made our stay so perfect.

We stayed at the beautiful TURIM Oporto hotel in early November of 2025. This hotel was very conveniently located within walking distance of most major sites in Porto. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, with the best assortment of food of any place I have ever stayed. The rooms were spotless. We especially appreciated the second cleaning check in the evening when they replenished any supplies and towels that we needed.

From Turim Oporto Hotel, you can walk to Livraria Lello (Harry Potter Book Store), Market Bolhao and all the restaurants nearby. A short taxi ride takes you to Dom Luís I Bridge, which is a double-deck metal arch bridge that spans the river Douro between the cities of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia. Note: Sometimes traffic can increase the time it takes to cover short distances in a taxi. Give yourselves plenty of time to avoid missing tour schedules.

Was a very noisy hotel with street noise and between rooms. Bar staff didn't even try to help when they saw we were English speaking and even when we pointed to something on the menu they didnt seem to know what it was. 20 min for a drink and we were the only ones in the lounge. Would stay closer to the centre of old porto next time with the quieter restaurants and many to choose from

Could be better for the money.

It was ok for a 1 night stay. 1 lift wasn't operating when we arrived. Early morning shower was luke warm. I expected better for an expensive hotel.
