Carpet on stairs appeared to be original. I had to use the fan to reduce hallway noise. The sink made a noise when other rooms were using their water.

Great old hotel right in the middle of downtown Prescott. Sure the rooms are a bit small but that's part of the charm. Very helpful staff and good facilities. Well worth the money and if another trip to Prescott ever occurs will be sure to stay here again.

We had a common room. Bathroom very tight. But that is to be expected with a historic property. Everything and everyone else was wonder. They are very friendly and bend over backwards to make sure everything is great.
