This comfortable Mid Century Modern home is a warm and welcoming space. Dog friendly up to 50 pounds, 2 Dog maximum with $50.00 Pet fee. Located less than a mile from the famous Whiskey Row and the Prescott Court House town square. The house is updated with new flooring, paint, appliances and Granite counter tops. Fully appointed with everything you need for cooking all your meals or making Smoothies.

The backyard has a charming garden setting with comfortable Patio furniture seating surrounded by flowering bushes, trees and flower beds that bloom in the Spring. When the weather permits, enjoy the great outdoors. This home is Pet and family friendly. ( front yard is fenced, backyard is open to driveway from the street) Our Vrbo (2553302) home next door is also pet friendly for dogs up to 20 lbs. Welcome to the historic district, so close to everything! $50 pet fee

Prescott offers activities year round! Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo (July 4th), many parades, special events at Halloween and Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, Christmas festivities, and watching The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square where you can bring your chairs, sit back and take in the splendor of Prescott.

Prescott has many hiking trails from light and easy to those seeking a more rugged terrain for those adventure seekers. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is an 1-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is 45 minutes. Jerome is 40 minutes and Flagstaff 1-1/2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is only 15 minutes away. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to see and enjoy!

Living room: Here you will be able to relax and enjoy streaming access to your Netflix, Amazon, or Hulu accounts on the smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully stocked eat in kitchen to cook your favorite meals! A lot of thought has gone into stocking this home to provide you with everything you could possible need to feel at home. Appliances include, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, gas oven/stove, toaster, blender, Juicer.

Just off the kitchen are the stacked washer and dryer

Bathroom: Located in the hall, this bathroom includes a full size shower and tub combo with a single sink vanity.

Both bedrooms have queen sized beds, night stands, dresser and closet space.

OUTSIDE

The home shares a driveway with the neighboring house our Vrbo 2553302 and provides plenty of parking behind the home for up to 2 vehicles. Please keep vehicles directly behind the home you are renting. Street parking also available. The front of the home has a fully fenced yard for smaller dogs, 3 feet high and a dog run on the East side of the house that is 5 feet high. Back yard is mostly fenced but driveway is open to street.

This is a well-located rental. Walking distance to the downtown area. There are two beds, one soft and one firm. That worked out great for us. The neighbors were quiet and had well-kept properties. I had an issue with the front door. The owner got it fixed immediately.My only complaint would be the skillets in the kitchen. They are far beyong their prime.

I knew this house allowed pets, and it has never been an issue at any places we’ve stayed before. I did not bring any pets. From the moment I opened the first door, an overwhelming stench of urine rushed out. At first, I thought it would just be the small mudroom, but it seemed to be saturated into the flooring, walls and rug.. in every room. We immediately wanted to leave. I actually started looking at availability at nearby hotels, within 15 minutes of being there. I opened up the front and back door for hours, trying to let in fresh air. It didn’t help. We only stayed one night, but couldn’t sleep most of the night, due to the smell and dander. I do not have allergies, but still woke up at 3 in the morning with a runny nose, sneezing. We have pets at home, and have brought our dog to vr’s before. I’ve never stayed at a pet friendly house or hotel that smelled this bad before. I also had to wash everything we had, even if it was not dirty, when we got home, because it all smells like ammonia/ urine. It is really too bad, because the house is cute, otherwise very clean, just maybe too many cats and dogs spraying everywhere. It is nearly impossible to get that smell out once it has soaked into everything. I would definitely not stay again, but I’m sure those who let their animals do their dirties inside, won’t mind it.

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful home. The owner's goal is to ensure that you are comfortable during your stay and they just naiiled it. The beds were extremely cozy, the kitchen has everything you could need, lots of side tables... It is located close to everything and has beautiful outdoor spaces. I had the opportunity to talk to Sara and she was extremely responsive and helpful. An excellent overall experience and would highly recommend to others.

We had such a fun and relaxing time in Prescott. Sara and Robert are the perfect host. This little cottage is so charming and the host had it filled with every amenity you possibly could need. What a great place! It was super clean, had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of nice touches, like bottles of water in the fridge, snacks on the counter, and coffee provided! I highly recommend. I hope to stay here again in the future!

We enjoyed the location being so close to the Courthouse. Also, the bay window looking out onto the mature trees that we grew up with back in the Northeast was a treat. A bright sunny super clean cottage. The parking in the back of home was awesome along with the patio. Wished we still had our dogs as this would have been a perfect front yard for them. Hard to find a rental that allows them. My husband leaves it up to me and said I made a good choice with this property.
