Registered guests only; no visitors.
Booking guest must stay for the entire reservation.
Family gatherings require prior approval.
Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM.
Smoking permitted only at the gas firepit area (30 ft from home).
Children and infants count toward occupancy.
Late checkout beyond 15 minutes incurs a fee at twice the daily rate.
Home is on a septic system—flush toilet paper only.
Arizona’s desert climate means an occasional bug may appear despite professional maintenance.

City of Prescott Requirements

Signed booking agreement before arrival.
ID and address for the responsible guest.
Names and ages of all overnight guests (including children and infants).
Vehicle registration for up to five vehicles.
