Prescott Mountain Home In The Pines!

Escape to the beautiful pines in Prescott, AZ! Imagine yourself relaxing in the enclosed patio space while watching the trees blow in the wind, challenging friends and family members to friendly competitions of foosball and ping pong, and hearing the sounds of nature that surround you. This home comes fully equipped with everything you need to make a memorable vacation.

Board games, card games, and plenty of land to explore and enjoy. If you still need technology I to enjoy your stay, not to worry! We have WiFi, televisions, a DVD player, and an Xbox One. High speed internet (up to 100 Mbps) is provided so if you work from home on either Friday or Monday, it is easy to extend your weekend! The TVs are all smart TVs, and you may log into any applications or streaming services to which you personally subscribe.

The home is located less than 2 miles away from the Prescott National Forest with many trails and mountain roads perfect for anything from mountain bikes to side-by-sides/ATVs/Motorcycles. The drive is large and can accommodate several trailers. Bring your toys!

The home is less than 15 minutes into downtown and close to grocery stores, restaurants, as well as the many lakes and trails in the Prescott area.

The property is located at approximately 6200’ in elevation and is two acres. It is a 2600 square foot, four bedroom plus loft, three bath home, gas heat, pellet stove, and central A/C. There is also an A/C unit in the bunk room on the upper level.

Main level has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king bed. On the main level, there is one bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Large kitchen, dining area, family room, and laundry are also on the main level. Off of the back deck there is a BBQ grill, In the family room, there is a 55" television and a queen-sized fold out sofa. There is a 650 square foot covered and enclosed deck off of the main level with plenty of room for seating and dining.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with two bunk beds, both twin over full. There is also an electric fireplace, and television. The bathroom upstairs has a sink, toilet, and shower. There is a loft outside of the upstairs bedroom with a full-sized fold out sofa. In the bedroom there is an Xbox One (bring your own games and controllers).

The lower level consists of a bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom with a sink, toilet, and bathtub, a family room with a 65" television and a game room complete with a ping pong table and a foosball table. Access to the garage is on the lower level.

All towels and bedding are included. The kitchen and baths include basics such as soap (hand and dish), toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, a variety of items to assist with the preparation of meals, as well as plates, cups/glassware, bowls, and silverware. The appliances include a dishwasher, electric stove top and double oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. Other appliances include a toaster, pod coffee maker as well as a standard drip coffee maker (please bring ground coffee), crockpot, electric griddle, hand mixer, blender, s’mores maker, and an air popcorn machine. Please only use appliances for intended use. Please remember to bring any cooking supplies such as aluminum foil, wax paper, cooking spray, etc.

Blu-ray DVD players are also in the cabin; please bring your own DVDs.

A tetherball is also available, please use the tetherball following normal rules and watch children while at play.

Please bring all of your own food (including any spices) and beverages. We recommend you also bring bug spray and sunscreen.

The property is remote so please be aware of any critters. We have seen numerous deer, javelinas, signs of skunks, etc.

Please note the following:

The maximum number of guests at the cabin is 10. The bunk room has two twin over full bunk beds that is intended for kids.

The road back to the property is not maintained by the city of Prescott. If you are renting during the winter months and if there is snow on the ground, you will need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get back to the property.

Please be aware before making your reservation that Arizona state law prohibits vacation rentals in residential areas from hosting parties, events, weddings, or large gatherings of any type. Our home is NOT for this type of use. Should we learn of any of these events taking place, you will be asked to vacate the premises and you will lose your deposit.

This vacation rental is in a neighborhood with permanent residents. Your right to use this privately owned home is conditional on not disturbing the neighborhood. If we receive any complaints regarding noise, activities, or trespassing that disturbs neighbors, you may be asked to leave immediately. We ask that you are honest about your guest count, it can change, but you must let us know of any extra guests staying. We will only rent to guests and require that the responsible party to be at least 25 years of age. This is not a party home or a gathering spot for friends not named on the reservation.

No pets are permitted.

Lastly, please note that we will request a copy of a government issued identification prior to your booking.
