The master has a queen and the second bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle. Fully equipped kitchen with SS appliances and all the amenities you will need. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, the living room has a leather sofa, there are 2 Flat-screen tvs with satellite, WiFi, front porch, back yard with gas grill. Prescott Courthouse Plaza hosts events like arts and crafts shows, summer concert series along with street dances, 4th of July Parade celebrating the world's oldest rodeo, Christmas Courthouse Lighting, Christmas Parade, Acker Music Night just to name a few. You are a 10-minute drive from the Prescott National Forest, Goldwater and Lynx Lakes, Lynx Creek Ruins, and many hiking and biking trails.
