This hotel was like new inside and the person at the front desk was knowledgeable and helpful. The hot breakfast was appreciated. Our room with a king bed was comfortable and spacious. Pillows were perfect. Best of all, the hotel was very close to electric vehicle superchargers.

I love the country inn line and the staff are always so nice and welcoming but the pool was gross and ice cold. The bathroom in the room was out of date and paint was chipping. Other than that it was an easy check in and everyone was very nice

Help in a storm

This was a road emergency trip, a broken down car in the midst of a deep freeze, and this was the closest hotel the tow truck would take us to. We could not have been more pleased with how kind and accommodating everyone at the property was.

Hot tub sign up, hot tub out. Indoor pool isnt heated and lining in disrepair, cut my childs foot. Mattress wore out with visible sag, feeezee removed from fridge. Dresser drawers opened on own continuously. Wifi to weak to even make a connection. No cart available upon checkin, had to make multiple trips to carry stuff to room.

This property is located away from the hub bub and noise. It is very quiet but accessible to nearby shopping about a mile away. Family friendly. Very clean and pleasant staff

The gentleman checking us in the other night was very nice and polite and professional. Then nightfall came, nobody would listen to our issues. Morning desk lady was on the phone from the time we got watered down, dry, flavorless breakfast, till when we checked out 2 hours later. Beds was hard as a rock, the only comfort I had in sleeping was the pillows and the 80 seconds the A/C would be on. Terrible stay, for $200 I expected a lot more.

The hotel in general was okay. It is definitely in need of renovations. Their rates should be lower until they update. The curtains in our room actually had holes in them that you could see sunlight coming through. Broken tiles in the bathroom and the tub had porcelain chips. Not dirty just old.
