My only complaint is that you have to pay $17 dollars for parking. Other than that my experience was good. The room was super clean and my taste.

Since there was no binder or QR code, I didn’t know where anything was in our room or in the hotel. I’m not the kind of person who likes to go to the reception desk for every question I might have. I also would have liked to know that parking wasn’t included when booking via Hotels.com The underground parking was not easy to get into our out of. When I took one of the glasses in our bathroom to drink some water, it was dirty. I still enjoyed my stay but these little inconveniences irated me.

I liked the style of the property and the quiet rooms. The check in took a long time (it was busy). There was only 1 staff member and after 10-15 minutes of waiting another showed up. Also, our room was quite warm and the ac wasn't turning on. I had to check with the front desk who did turn it on, but wasn't convenient for me to go ask for this in the summer time.

Staff is friendly - there just isn’t enough of them - as a result - long waits for check in, asking questions, bar service. We had to wait for staff to unlock a Murphy bed - an hour - while trying to get ready for bed. For the provided of the hotel, do better!!!

This was a halfway point from east coast to Ontario and it was perfect to access from the highway. Beds are super comfy and staff excellent. I would definitely stay here again. The only downfall is the resto across the street on weekends plays music quite late. I requested to have a room not facing it and not a sound.
