1st of all the parking is not included, $17 per night. 2nd the hotel doesnt provide any conditioner. 3rd They will not come to clean your room, you have to send a request a day before. 4th The toom is very dark . This is like 2 or 3 star hotel

Belle hôtel mais peu de service

L’accueil est très chaleureuse. Par contre pour le prix, il manque le niveau de service qui vient avec. Pas de stationnement, on doit payer un extra. Pas de petit déjeuner, il faut payer un extra et ce n’est que viennoiseries, pain, oeuf qui dure, jus. Pas de café dans les chambres malgré qu’on leur a demandé et la cafetière ne permet pas d’avoir notre café. Il faut courir après les serviettes propres car ils ne les changent pas même si on le demande. L’eau de la piscine avait une drôle dw senteur et de couleur.

The hotel is modern and well located. We had a problem with the cold water supply in our room and had to change rooms. The person on duty was very helpful and friendly and our new room was quite comfortable.

PARKIING is at an additional cost. We were towing a small Uhaul and upon arrival the desk clerk said there is NO parking for us and to park on the street. She was not solution oriented and giggled that she wouldnt charge us for parking and left us to figure it out. We parked in front of the Lobby and went to bed. Convenient location for traveling through room was clean.

The staff were friendly and the property was clean and new. The front desk however could have used more staff as the two staff members were overwhelmed which caused our room to be assigned quite a bit after our check-in time.
