Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. i would definitely stay there again!

The rooms are great once you get to them. The flow of this hotel is awkward. Reception is in the 7th floor. Then have to take a seperate elevator to my room on the 3rd.

Loved the property itself. Room was beautiful and well set up. We especially enjoyed the pool area with the view over the city. Location was also great. We did find some of the staff was not super friendly, particularly at the front desk (the valets were very friendly). They weren’t rude, but seemed a bit indifferent and I expected more from a hotel of this caliber.

The biggest perk of our stay was our room was ready when we checked in early so that's a big surprise. Our suite is well appointed however the hair conditioner was empty followed by empty body lotion so we had to keep calling housekeeping. There is no turndown service for the two nights we stayed. Something is amiss in this hotel unfortunately. No doorman at 8 am when we left the establishment. Their concierge, Israel is excellent, though. He is very pleasant, helpful and professional.
