The pillows smelled badly. The shower stall in the washroom was made for people with disabilities and contains a built-in sitting shelf. In the 2.5' x 3' stall, only about 1' - 1.5' left for the bather, making it virtually impossible to use. The sink was clogged (hardly flowing). I notified the receptionist. After returning back in the evening, found out it was still clogged. Same receptionist told me that it was not clogged, since it was somehow flowing and didn't require any cleaning...

The room was not at all clean. For the amount we paid, we expected some basic facilities. The towels and bedsheets had stains and dirt.

In my reservation, I had requested for a 2nd floor or above room. It was not met. The room was dirty do were the towels. Had to use stairs. No elevator or ramp. It was a bad experience.

The property was in a good location as long as you have a vehicle. Some food options are within walking distance not too far (and 15 minute drive) to old Quebec. The room was very clean and the man at reception very helpful. The room itself was in the basement and felt quite dark and gloomy. Bed was quite soft. No coffee or phone in room. Some of the rooms on the main floor had a door to the outside so be sure to ask for that type of room to avoid a lower level room.
