Great location and reasonable price

This hotel was a great price for being in Quebec City and was quite drivable for Old Quebec City (the main purpose of our trip). We really enjoyed not only the location, but the basement room that had private bedrooms for us. This is definitely a room I would book again.

Hotel staff was good, only concerns towels were dirty. Rooms were clean . Air conditioning was good. Did not had breakfast since it was not included but at price point had a pleasant stay. Will surely book again if we visit soon. It is located nearby highways so very convenient for travelling around city.

It was a good place to stay, inexpensive and quiet, nice staff and clean place. There is a lot of carpet so a strong smell of cigarette smoke maybe from years prior?
