They were supposed to prepare the room at 4 pm. Although, I arrived to the hotel at 5:30 pm, I waited 5 minutes at the door for the staff to clean the room. The beds squeak. The AC noise of the next room didn't let us sleep well.

Very outdated facility. Room was not completely clean, with tissues on the floor hair all over the shower wall, the bathtub faucet twists and loose, and bed sheets not fitted correctly. Musty smell in the room and only 1 key for entry. The balcony doors very hard to lock and the screen door ripped badly. Although it was inconvenient to cross the busy road to access the outdoor swimming pool, it was very nice to have a lifeguard present and the kids enjoyed the slide. Pool was nice! Not worth the amount paid for the 1 night stay.

we had a phone call from the property checking in on us to see what time we planned to arrive. we were late arriving, about 11;30 pm and the front desk staff were still smiling and pleasant to deal with. the phone call made the difference and made it feel like they cared. also, we were in quebec and don't speak french. they spoke english for us.

Overpriced dingy Motel

At first they tried to put me across the street at the motel, where long term stays are, grungy, dingy and smelling of smoke. Came back and asked for a room on the hotel side, still a motel. I’ve traveled all over and stayed in some dingy motels on road trips, but only paid $70 or $80, so you get what you pay for. This place was way overpriced for what it was. It wasn’t horrible but not worth $150, more like $110ish.
