For over $250/night a rundown room with stains everywhere and sagging beds, I suggest spending $50 more for one of the much nicer hotels in the area. It is super frustrating when there are services listed that aren’t available at the location. Example, pool, hottub and lounge are all closed in their second building and they aren’t connected to one another. Misrepresented whats available. Denny’s is fine, the server was great. Just all around not the quality we are used to from a sandman.

We were traveling with two adult electric trikes on trailer and our dog. The property said pet rooms were on the first floor which was ideal for parking our trailer where we could watch it and hear the alarm if someone messed with the trikes. This was the only reason for going there as we wouldn't normally stay at a Sandman. When we arrived they said all ground floor rooms were booked and we were on the second floor. After getting angry they found a room on the first floor which they said was an upgrade but they wouldn't charge for the upgrade. I shudder to think what the other room was like if the one we were given was an upgrade. The room they gave us was musty and badly in need of some paint and new carpet. The property reeks of neglect with grass in the courtyard about six inches long and well past a required mowing. This is a one star hotel at best an needs some attention from a wrecking ball.

This room was worth half the price that we paid for it. No elevators to the second floor and we were unable to lug poor bags up do to a previous injury. Battered appearance, smelled terrible like cigarette smoke and wet dirty dog. Very unpleasant and we could hardly wait to leave the next morning. No one even enquired how our stay was when I checked out. Would never stay at another Sandman location. We were exhausted after a day of traveling and stuck on a 3 hour traffic jam sure to a serious accident so we did not try to find another booking thereafter. I prepaid for this room and I wished I hadn't.

Room have good amenities and really functional. Clean and have friendly Staff at the lobby. During our check out Aug.5,2025 @around 9:30 a nice Filipina lady at the counter offer us free granny apples. Make our day even brighter. Thank you Sandman for a nice stay with our dog Charlotte.

I booked the room specifically to use the kitchenette; however, the condition of the fridge under the stove was disappointing—it was not clean and had an unpleasant smell. The freezer was packed with frozen ice, making it difficult to open and close. There was also no scrub provided for dishwashing. We followed the hotel policy by placing the refresh sign outside the door by the requested time, but when we returned in the afternoon, nothing had been done. The trash, including the bathroom bin, had not been emptied. Additionally, the provided shampoo was only enough for one person.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. While the staff were polite and check-in went smoothly, the room itself was in poor condition. Several aspects felt worn down and not well-maintained, which made it hard to feel comfortable. I hope management takes steps to refresh the rooms, as the location and potential for a great stay are there.
