The apartment is in a family house, located in a quiet street in the heart of Reykjavik. Walking distance from Main street, swimming pools, dining, entertainment and BSÍ Bus terminal (Airport bus). Public transport 7 min away linking you to all parts of the city.
Cozy 78 sq m apartment located in HlĂ­Ă°ar, ReykjavĂ­k. The kitchen is well equipted, living room bright and all windows facing south.
One bedroom with double bed and enough room for a mattress on the floor. The apartment is fully furnished with all equipment necessary for a good life, including internet, dishwasher, TV and outdoor BBQ grill.
Guests have access to free wireless internet connection. Our guest have access to our washing machine.
The apartment is very well located, 20 min from the main street Laugavegur and the city center where most of the restaurants, cafĂ©s and bars are located. 15 min walk to the nearest swimming pool, 15 min to NauthĂłlsvĂ­k the geothermally heated beach, 10 min to Kringlan mall, 10 min to KlambratĂșn park , KjarvalsstaĂ°ir museum and Perlan museum. Grocery store and bakery are close by.
There is parking available in the street in front of the house. Public transport few min away to link you to all parts of the city.

De gastvrouw is zeer hartelijk en antwoord snel op een vraag.Appartement is heel proper en goed uitgerust. De bedden zijn uitstekend.Als je door het park wandelt ben je zo in het centrum (15min).De Perlan ligt vlakbij.Wanneer je met Artic Adventure tours boekt, ligt het kortstbijzijnde pick-up point op 5 min wandelen (Bus Hostel).Op 7 min stappen ligt ook een bakker en winkelcentrum KRINGLAND met een Bonus. Voor wanneer je eens niet in de centrum inkopen wenst te doen.

This apartment is in the lower level, but has a beautiful amount of light. It is wonderfully furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. When you get to the apartment, realize the entrance is in the back of the building and the key box is up high on the door frame. We had a hard time finding this, but the owner was wonderful in helping us. The location is great. It is within walking distance of the Perla museum and near a major bus route that will take you straight into downtown.

Fantastic as advertised

Great central location. We had a car and could get quickly to anywhere. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very very good. Had everything we needed for meals. We encountered an issue with some renovation on the building but the host was very responsive and accommodating. She let us have an early check in which was very appreciated.

home away from home

Actually too comfortable that my partner & daughter just stayed in bed until late 😂 Brynja’s house is close to Bus station where we go for the bus tours and easy access to shops to buy necessities. The large sitting room and separate kitchen is complete and provided a warm welcoming house in our Iceland stay. The extra bed for the child is also much appreciated. will book again when we have another go at seeing the Northern Lights!! 😇

The property is conveniently located to easily drive into the city, get to meeting spots for excursions and within walking distance to the Perlan museum. Plenty of street parking. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The shared laundry room is located within the building just outside the apartment. My husband and I were very happy with our choice!

Bryana’s apartment is clean and cozy. The place has everything that we needed. We are happy that we picked Bryjana’s apt.for our trip. The only recommendation we have is to add anti-slip rug underlay in the hallway to prevent from tripping and slipping. Thank you Bryjana.

This apartment is lovely in every way. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped, and the whole place is very clean. Brynja's apartment is decorated in an eclectic style with a lot of character, which was an added treat! The location is far enough from the city center that it is peaceful, but close enough to walk almost anywhere you might want to go in Reykjavik. It is a rather compact and walkable city! Parking is easy and very close to the front door. Thank you Brynja for a terrific stay in your lovely home.

Nice location

Brynja was accommodating with checking in. The place itself was nice. The shower does not have a lot of room for a tall person like me. :) It was in a nice location and I didn't have any problems walking downtown. There is a bus stop nearby and I was able to park my vehicle close to the rental.

Spacious one bedroom apartment with full kitchen, den and dining area located a half stair down from ground level. Was perfect for my adult son and me as a base for visiting the peninsula and points on the golden circle, especially the Meradalir eruption. A pleasant 1-2 km walk to downtown restaurants and window shopping. Would absolutely stay here again.
