Our towels in bathroom looked like someone had used them before we got there and were thrown up on the shelf. The blankets were so thin and unwarm. The front desk was impossible to get a hold of on the phone, we seemed to be inconveniences at check in. The gal wasn't friendly. Overall wasn't good experience. And the I know hotel is separate from restaurants in casino but the waitress at steakhouse was good awful.

At check in we were assured that the room would be handicap accessible. Wheelchair did not fit through the bathroom door. The bottom half of the sheet on the bed near bathroom was covered in black mold like stains. Picture were shown to staff.
