Comfortable and bright one bedroom apartment on the first floor (with LIFT), in a very centric area of Rome, connected to the main tourist attractions. The Vatican and Spanish Steps are just a few tube stops away, and the tube Is just down the stairs!

The kitchen is complete with all accessories and appliances to make for a comfortable stay: induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and kettle. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom    and 1 sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is equipped with wifi, television, courtesy line, washing machine, cot (on request for a fee), iron and ironing board, hairdryer and air conditioning. We have a nice balcony with table and chair to enjoy a coffee while people watching.
The flat is for your exclusive use; every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work, or just visiting Rome for fun! Be considerate with energy consumption: please switch off lights and electric appliances when leaving the flat; please avoid keeping the aircon on when leaving the the flat. The planet will be thankful!
We are unable to accept pets in the flat.

This residential area is distinguished by its tree-lined streets and historic buildings built in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Furthermore, the adjacent Via Cola di Rienzo and Via Crescenzio with their countless boutiques represent a true paradise for shopping lovers.
You will be only few minutes walk from Castel St. Angelo, St. Peter’s Basilica and the astonishing Vatican museums, one of the most beautiful and popular museums in the world. By crossing the nearby bridge over the Tiber River you will shortly reach on foot the incredible Villa Borghese Park as well as the nerve of the historical centre of the city, including Piazza del Popolo, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and the Spanish Steps.
