This three room apartment features a bright bedroom, a spacious living room, a pass through room where the kitchen is located, and a bathroom.

The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (160cm wide) and access to a 12 square meter terrace with a magnificent view of the dome of St. Peter s Basilica in the Vatican, which can also be observed from the bed.

In the living room, you will find two sofas that can be transformed into 130 cm wide sofa beds, providing space for up to six people. A Smart TV and a dining table complete the living room s furnishings.

The kitchen connects the living room to the bedroom but can be easily closed off from both sides with a door. It is equipped with an induction stove, a dishwasher, cutlery, dishes, and the essential ingredients for cooking.

The bathroom features modern and stylish sanitary facilities, including a sink, shower, toilet, and bidet.



Secure parking on request directly on the private property, which is secured with an automatic gate for 10eur per day. the building is located outside the ZTL (traffic limited zone) and can therefore be reached by car without any problems 1st floor elevator in the building (access 66cm wide) The access road to the main entrance of the building is a bit steep
