There were electrical problems. We were unable to turn off the lights at night. An electrician had to come do some work. There were things listed that were broken but not replaced. The manager did not seem to be fully aware of the property they were supposed to be managing.

The host was extremely communicative and met us for check in at and agreed upon time. The location is excellent in the historic Campo dei Fiori piazza with many restaurants close by and very walkable to the Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Pompey Theater (10 min walk) and even Vatican City (20-30 min walk). The property was comfortable for a stay with 2 adults and 2 kids. We made extensive use of the available washer. The neighbors were very friendly.

5 star value. This is not a 5 star hotel, but you knew that. This is a great centrally located, affordable option for a stay in Rome. The staff is very attentive and helpful before and throughout the stay. Well maintained overall meaning AC worked (critical in August!), no weird sink or shower drips, washing machine ran after some cajoling (definitely needs some TLC). Nice to have the extra space to spread out and a kitchen with full fridge/freezer. Thanks to Alesia and staff for letting us check in early, bringing towels and fan at our request, and responding promptly to all outreach via WhatsApp.

100% Rome

Perfect modern apartment in the heart of historic Rome. Awesome location with all the necessary amenities including air conditioning. Hostess Alessia was a great help getting us checked in as we hit the city at the same time Giro d'Italia was rolling through. This is the perfect place for a 100% Rome experience.

This was the perfect place to stay for a week in Rome! Accommodations were spotless, bed was extremely comfortable and the location was central to everything!Alessia was a true professional in her communications and was readily available for any questions! Highly recommend!

Great location

The location was great- easy access to everywhere. Bedding was dirty- noticed body fuilds of some kind on duvet cover and duvet- the next morning-ugh. They came and changed the duvet and only used a top sheet for a cover. Only one set of towels each for a weeks stay. Dryer does not work,as already noted by others Had to find a laundromat. Used outside rope but only a few pegs supplied Overall ok stay.

Incredible Location

Wonderful stay in Rome! The apartment was as described and in a quiet courtyard, a few steps away from Campo di Fiore market. The apartment is within walking distance from all major attractions. You have grocery stores, a market, and pharmacies a brief walk away. It had all the amenities you would need (extra towels and shampoo/soap), but missing kitchen towels to dry dishes. Apartment is lovely, but I removed 1 star for uncomfortable pillows and bed in the main room. Comfortable pull out couch in the living room. There was a washing machine in the bathroom which was appreciated. Check-in and check-out process was very clear and simple. Thanks again!

Perfect location for touring Rome.

Alessia was excellent at helping us with all the little extras that made our stay so enjoyable. They even gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate our recent wedding. Service was above and beyond. The location itself was exactly as described. Clean, organized, and so close to the sites and lots of restaurants. Campo di’Fiori was bustling with a market and great restaurants.

Lovely quiet and safe apartment complex

Alessia arranged for my transfer from FCO to the apartment. At the apartment I was met by staff member Akrad who brought my suitcase up the 39 steps to my unit and he showed me how to operate all the features in the apartment. Everything was as shown in the pictures. The bedroom nestled between the living room and the kitchen was super quiet and comfortable. The windows in the living room had double paned glass which blocked out the little street noise. I didn't use the washer/dryer combo. Everything worked just fine in the unit. I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness due to the dust on the upper ledges above the bedroom and hallway. The rain shower head worked great. But the handheld shower hose leaked preventing all the water from traveling to the shower head, thus wasting water and weak water flow. I notified Alessia of this. Communication was easy by phone and by person as Alessia's office was just around the block. She and her staff were very attentive and helpful. I certainly would stay here again. The location is perfect.

Great location and top notch communication

Alessia was fantastic! She helped with dinner reservations and arranged a driver to pick us up from the train station. Always had a smile and we felt she was willing to help with anything we needed. Apartment is in a good location to walk to all the major attractions in Rome and a nice cool place with good A/C to take a quick break in the middle of the day. It was nice to have a washing machine, but don’t depend on the dryer unless you are skilled at figuring out how to use the combo Italian washer/dryers. There was a drying rack and that worked just fine for us. Bed was not the most comfortable of the trip and the shower was quite small, but overall we enjoyed our stay and found this to be a nice home base in Rome.

spacious place in prime location, super quiet

we're very happy to have stayed here. Alessia was there to show us everything; very helpful! The place is larger than imagined with a king-size comfortable bed. There is not much natural light, but plentiful bright wall sconces. In the bedroom, turned to the high white ceiling they mimic daylight. The router in the bedroom is the perfect night light; otherwise the apartment is pitch black.

The location is central to many attractions. It was very quiet considering how close it is to Campo Di Fiori. Alessia was very responsive and helpful with some details of our trip. We would stay there again when we are back in Rome.

Nice apartment in the historic district of Rome

A perfect located apartment on the third floor (no elevator) on a narrow street next to Campio di Fiori. Nice and clean and very silent. The size of 70 squere meters and 5 beds seems overestimated. The sofa with two beds in the room is not recommended for two adults. The kitchenette works perfectly for preparing breakfast. We would definetively book this apartment again.
