Une semaine a PĂąque

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour Ă  Rome durant la semaine sainte. Il y a quand mĂȘme beaucoup de monde, aussi l’appartement est une bonne ressource, il est trĂšs calme, dans un "vrai" quartier romain,rĂ©sidentiel, il dispose d'un extĂ©rieur ce qui est vraiment un plus. Proche du mĂ©tro, Ă  3 arrĂȘts du centre historique, proche du Vatican le logement est bien placĂ©.

The property in situated not far from the metro to go to centre town and also not far from Vatican. The owner is really welcoming and will make sure you're all good. Thanks for that. Just the flat is really small and dark. But I guess that during summer hot time it's a advantage.

Un agréable séjour

L'appartement était trÚs agréable, moderne avec une belle décoration. A notre arrivée, il y avait pas mal de moustiques mais ils ont trÚs vite disparus grùce à la clim. L'appartement est situé pas trÚs loin du métro, on se sentait plutÎt bien dans l'appartement, bonne expérience. Et je tiens à dire que l'hÎte a été trÚs compréhensible et sympathique. Il a d'ailleurs mis à notre disposition de quoi déjeuner et une bouteille de vin, une attention trÚs généreuse !

Un petit havre de paix

Un endroit calme pour visiter Rome . Tout peut se faire à pied ou en métro selon votre courage. Un patio pour prendre le petit déjeuner quand le temps le permet . Nous gardons un trÚs bon souvenir de notre séjour romain.

Well-stocked apartment with garden patio

The flat is well equipped, and easy walking distance to markets, restaurants, etc. The host generously provided breakfast foods and wine. A nice touch! The patio/garden space is nice. Unfortunately it was a bit rainy and buggy during my stay so I could not enjoy as much as I would have liked. It worked out very well for me.

Disappointing Experience

We should have paid attention to the online reviews, especially the one talking about mold. Anyway, checked in on Monday night. Pasquale stayed around until we got there which was nice. He showed us around, collected our tourist fee (cash only) and left. My wife has asthma and has two main triggers, mold and dust. She coughed some on Monday night but we were able to sleep some. Tuesday night she was coughing so much she told me later she almost told me to take her to an emergency room. She moved to the sofa and was able to sleep a little bit. Wednesday AM I contacted VRBO via chat, discussed situation with two different people. They suggested I contact owner, and that they would call me back later in the day. I DID NOT HEAR BACK FROM THEM AT ALL. The owner scheduled another cleaning on Thursday. There was still mold in the bathroom and dust in the corners of the bedroom and I'm sure dust in the high shelves where the lightinig was. My wife spent the rest of our stay sleeping on the sofa. I would also wake up with my nose full of gunk and coughing whenever we arrived back at the apartment. I told the owner on several occasions that if he is paying someone to do the cleaning, he is getting screwed. He needs to schedule a really deep cleaning top to bottom to get rid of all the dust and mold. I am also very very disappointed with VRBO. I had no way of contacting them other than chat. The only responses I got back from them were two emails. Very bad work VRBO.

Great apartments comfortable

The apartment is great for 2 people. The kitchen is fully stocked and the apartment is close to grocery stores and restaurants. The little patio was great as well. It is also very quiet. The apartment is a solid 12 mintes from the train. The last minute or so is up a hill and steps. I mention this because we are in our 60's and were walking an average of 12 miles a day. The steps and hill killed us as we were already tired.

Do not book this place, mold infestation

When we first checked in, everything went smoothly. The property manager was waiting for us, showed us around quickly (the place is small so it was quick) and checked us in. Chores list was small, and he had left us a bottle of wine and snacks. All great, except we found the place to be quite damp and humid... reminded us of our first bassement college appartment, but for a couple of days....well when we started unpacking, I saw the ceiling and what seemed to be mold...al across. We then started go look more closely and it was everywhere, walls, ceilings, closet doors etc. Having a 5 months old with us this could not do. However, VRBO was AMAZING!! I called them and sent them.pictures so they could confirm the infestation. They then found us an hotel for the night, and the another for the rest of our stay and covered all the extra cost. Amazing customer service. But do your health a favor and don't book this place. For mold to be that bad, that humidity problem is nowhere new....

Just loved it!!!

After a busy busy day visiting a beautiful but very crowded city of Roma, we knew we could go back to our appartment and find peace & calm. The bed was also very confortable! We found great restaurants nearby (walking distance) with great food & service! I recommand this place to every couple like us or a couple with 2 children. The owner was always a text or phone call away, easily reachable. We had a great stay and nothing negative to say.

Good apartment, good location.

The space is very compact, not a lot of room if travelling with a family of 4 with luggage. Having said that it has everything you need and is close to lots of amenities and the Vatican. Pasquale was a lovely host and we would recommend him and this apartment.

Quaint apartment close to the Vatican Museums

This quaint, somewhat secluded apartment is about 1km to the nearest Metro station Cipro and 1.5 kilometres to the Vatican Museums. Exactly as advertised it easily accommodates 2 adults. There is a pullout best for small children. Pasquale met us and provided us with all the info we needed. He also left a nice bottle of wine and some sweets to get us started. We stayed four nights and it was a perfect pied-de-terre for our Roman vacation. The patio/terrace was very enjoyable for some wine and cheese at the end of a very long day! Gracie Mille Pasquale!!

Winter vacation in Rome

This efficient, modern and tastefully decorated apartment and patio had absolutely everything needed for ease and comfort. Coffee shops, supermarket and boulevard with restaurants very closeby. Owner was prompt with information and pleasant to deal with.

This apartment was great. The location was good many shops, stores and restaurants near by.

The best thing in our opinion was the gate door. You can lock it and no one can get in without you knowing or letting them in. The apartment was modernized and we'll kept. The owners were very kind and helpful if anything was to go wrong they would come right over to address the situation. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Rome. Five stars for sure.
