NEWLY RENOVATED IN AUGUST 2022!

Just 200 metres from the Colosseum, the house has been completely renovated with Italian design furniture to guarantee guests the best experience in the heart of the Eternal City.

The flat measures 70 m² (750 ft²) and offers a living room with a sofa bed, two comfortable double suites and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.

The house features high-speed Wi-Fi, self check-in technology and air conditioning in all rooms.
The space
The entire flat has been renovated with a focus on reducing the environmental impact: water-saving taps, energy-saving lighting, and recycling bins.

All rooms in the house enjoy new soundproof windows and doors, high-speed Wi-Fi, LAN network in all rooms, air conditioning, radiators and LED lights.

The living room with an open Scavolini kitchen enjoys a large sofa lit by a Scandinavian-style floor lamp. The dining area enjoys excellent lighting and the table is also suitable for dinners for 6 people.

The many points of light in the light room allow different atmospheres to be created as required.


The comfortable sofa quickly converts into an extremely comfortable bed to accommodate two additional guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, cooker with induction hob Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, utensils, crockery, fridge, freezer and a modern microwave.

The double rooms enjoy excellent natural lighting, as well as LED spotlights.

One of the two rooms offers a unique view of the famous 12th century Basilica of San Clemente.

The second room enjoys a comfortable en-suite bathroom.

The pillows and the latest antibacterial memory mattress guarantee guests the best rest and hygiene. Large three-door wardrobes with interior mirrors, a desk, luggage rack and 43-inch full HD smart TV complete the furnishings.

Both bathrooms are equipped with spacious showers with resin bases.

A safe and a utility room with washing machine complete the flat.

Guest access
The flat is located on the first floor of a 17th century building in the historic centre of the capital, within walking distance of the Colosseum (200m), the Domus Aurea (270m), Arch of Constantine (650m) and the Imperial Forums.

The building does not have a lift.

Both the condominium door and the security door at the entrance of the flat are equipped with self check-in technology via keypad.

The house is located in the historic centre but just outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL).

Other things to note
In the immediate vicinity of the house are all the main services, such as restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, and public transport.

After each stay, the flat is entrusted to a professional cleaning company that takes extraordinary disinfection measures dictated by the particular moment, for the maximum safety of each guest.
