In the heart of the historic Prati district, renowned for the presence of numerous shops, restaurants, bars and ice-cream parlors, the CASA LUIGI apartment is located in an elegant building of the early 1900s.
Recently renovated, with attention to every detail, it consists of two large double bedrooms, with independent access to the two bathrooms, and a bedroom with two single beds, combined with the third bathroom in the corridor. The property is equipped with a living room with a sofa, and a kitchen in which it is desired to combine the functional functional part with a dining corner that recalls the family tradition. To enhance the structure the wellness area: a room with Jacuzzi for 4 people, equipped with shower, LED lighting, bluetooth and radio speaker.
Each room is equipped with a smart TV (Samsung 40) and air conditioning system.
The proximity of the places of interest makes this apartment particularly attractive. The Vatican Museums are 500 meters away, St. Peter's Square can be reached in 10 minutes through the ancient village. The metro and buses are just a 5-minute walk away.

Gorgeous, Comfortable, & Convenient Home Away from Home

We LOVED our stay here!! The apartment was recommended to us by a neighbor and we would recommend it to ANYONE!! The hosts own several units in the building and treat everything like their own home, which is how it will feel when you arrive. Check-in was flexible, in person, and very quick. Marzia is wonderful! The apartment is exactly what you see on the listing and even exceeded our expectations. Beds were comfortable. 3 full bathrooms was a plus for us. My husband used the incredible hot tub with super cool features. The neighborhood has everything you need and Marzia shares her list of favorites which was very helpful when we arrived starving for authentic Italian pizza and pasta! We walked to all the sites which worked wonderfully for our family with older kids. We utilized the washer and dryer which worked perfectly. We brought our own detergent and fabric softener but when we realized it was already available for us, we used theirs instead. Full kitchen (although we always ate out because...ITALY!!). Several AC units which all worked fabulously (it was super hot when we were there in late June). We would stay here again and again and again! It truly felt like a home away from home!

Lovely Oasis

This is the second time (in 2-years) that I've stayed with Marzia as our host, in the exact same apartment, and once again, everything was wonderful. Easy check-in and out procedures. Marzia was ever so helpful in making a transfer reservation from the apartment to the airport. And the location of the apartment is superb...a 10-minute walk to the Vatican, 30-minute walk to the Roman Forum, delicious restaurants right downstairs and around the corner, a grocery store across the street, etc. The apartment itself is exactly as described...a remodeled luxurious oasis! You will not be disappointed! Thank you, again, Marzia!

We were welcomed to the apartment with a warm reception from Marzia. She responded quickly and efficiently whenever we reached out to her. We were a party of 6 (3 couples). The living space was plenty large enough, as were the 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are en suites while one of the bathrooms is in the hallway. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of clean towels. The apartment was very clean and all instructions given to us, were clear and easy. The location was good. There is a train station within a few blocks as well as some nice restaurants. The grocery store is directly across the street. And a pharmacy and a delicious gelato shop a couple of blocks away. There is an elevator that can hold 3 people at a time, but extremely helpful being that the apartment is on the 3rd floor. I would definitely recommend staying here. Marzia will bend over backwards to ensure that your stay will be comfortable.

Our host, Marzia, was gracious and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and comfortable for our 3 couples. The location was quiet and convenient to Vatican City and the metro. There was a great market right across the street and an excellent restaurant right downstairs, Bibi Brace & Cucina.

Incredible Stay Near the Vatican

My family and I couldn’t say enough positive things about this rental. The location is perfectly situated near the Vatican and transport options. It is also directly near a large grocery store, shops, and great restaurants. The rental itself is absolutely beautiful. We were all so impressed with the well designed layout and decor. Our hosts were also super attentive and thoughtful. The only thing I’d caution is that the rental is located on an upper floor that can be accessed by a small elevator - to get to the elevator; however, you do need to walk up about 10 steps. Overall, I’d highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Rome.

Great Apartment in Easy Walking Distance/Metro

The apartment was beautiful. The pictures are accurate of the apartment. We were 4 adults traveling from the ages of 59 to 75 years old. There is an elevator. Marzia met us at the apartment. The communication was good. We appreciated the notebook that gave us suggestions for restaurants, etc. We were in walking distance of the Vatican. We also walked to the Borghese Gallery -- a little bit of a trek. We took the Metro to the Forum and the Coliseum. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

We completely enjoyed our stay in the apartment in Rome. It was spacious enough for the 6 of us. It was within walking distance of the Vatican and a 15 minute Uber ride to the main train station. The host, Marzia was available and gracious to us before and during our stay. She arranged transfer to and from the airport and was available for questions along the way. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance as well. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful property in a great location! Amenities abound and there is plenty of space to relax. It was hot in Rome during our stay so we did ride sharing for the longer trips within the city but this location is within walking distance of the Vatican, Castel Sant' Angelo, and a wide variety of shopping and dining. We highly recommend!

This property was perfect for our short stay in Rome! We are a family of 6 (adults ranging from 20 - 47). It was clean and well equipped. The location was great - safe and walkable to restaurants and stores. Easy ubers or metro to sites. Communication with host was great and she was more than accommodating. There are a few steps to get to the elevator (lift) area...so if that's an issue, just know in advance. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Our 3 adult children joined us at this great location in Prati. This was our first trip to Rome and it was a good choice to stay in Prati since it was so convenient to the Vatican and still close enough to Piazza Navonna, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, etc. We walked everywhere and didn't even use the Metro until it was time to leave via Termini. The Prati neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet with some great restaurants away from all the crowds. We stayed May 25-28th and enjoyed 3 beautiful weather days with temps in the low to mid 80's. Massive crowds at the attractions but it was great to escape to the sanctuary of the apartment hosted by Maria. The apartment was very clean with excellent finishes and decor. The beds were comfortable with great pillows. We all slept well each night and with 3 showers had no problem getting out the door each morning. The grocery store across the street had a big selection, open long hours and so convenient. When I return to Rome I will definitely seek to stay here again.

Wonderful apartment

I just don’t know where to start. We have stayed at many Vrbo properties and this is one of my favorites. Marzia was very helpful every step of the way she arranged our taxi for pick up at the airport which was seemless. The apartment has 3 good size bedrooms a well appointed kitchen the washer and dryer was a plus. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. We made use of the jacuzzi tub after a long day of sightseeing it was great to just relax. There is an elevator if you don’t feel like using the stairs. A great little supermarket is right across the street. It’s a easy 10 minute walk to the Vatican. Both the metro and bus stops are near by, which are very easy to navigate. Wonderful restaurants and coffee shops are right on your doorstep and a very nice street for shopping is close by. We had 6 adults in our party and everyone agreed the apartment was great for all our needs. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
