Front desk staff was very friendly, extremely helpful. Room was neat and clean, nicely appointed. The room and bathroom were not extremely spacious but efficient and very comfortable. Only breakfast is served onsite but there are a ton of dining options close by. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place

Small but perfectly supplied and very comfortable. Roof terrace was lovely quiet space plus reasonable parking, helpful & friendly staff and a great breakfast

My room was great and as requested, corner room, but didn’t get higher floors. Check in was a challenge as they did not receive my email in sending shuttle service; then reception was rather rude and arrogant, morning and evening reception service. Although they did accommodate late checkout by 45 mins and then shuttle back to airport was on time and service was great. The breakfast eggs and bread system were terrible - egg was hard like a rock and service slow even though they were not busy. Would not stay here again though unless they fix their table manners.

They gave us just one towel for a couple bedroom. The bathroom had an awful sewage smell. It was disgusting. We were looking for a number to call the desk and room service. No number available. The reception person Stefano was not friendly at all. We informed him about the odor and responded with “really” and that was it. There was no information how to get connected to WiFi. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Do not be fooled by photos- very disappointed

0 star Do not be fooled by the online photos — the property is outdated and poorly maintained. There was a missing glass window that made the building look rundown, and a powerful synthetic air-freshener smell in the lobby that was so strong it made us feel nauseous. Our rate included breakfast and transportation, but breakfast choices were extremely limited. When our flight was changed to an earlier time and we requested the included transfer, staff told us we either had to take a taxi or be charged a penalty — despite transportation being part of our package. Very disappointing; I would not recommend this hotel!

The property refused to honor my double bed request even though specifically specified on the sheet and called ahead to be told okay but when o arrived they didn’t do it. They also false advertised dinner on the beach because their beach closes at 7 and dinner is not available. I specifically booked this hotel for the beach and dinner. The front desk was rude and not accommodating to find any solutions. I ended up having to book something else for myself last minute and let my friend stay on the room. I will not be back here.
