Convenient spot, close to train station. No blankets on the beds in autumn. Asked the reception for blankets they had to search the laundry and could not provide enough. They even tried giving me a clearly used, dirty blanket. Would not stay again.

The was rude especially the filipino guy work during night shift isn't interest in good customer service and very rude,, the room do not have any mirror inside the room we was assigned, the shower spilled water out all over the floor of washroom very dangerous, the toilets is very uncomfortable, no provided any blanket, no phone in the room basically no way to communicate with front desk in case of emergency, i ask for call 4.30 am and was denied, the front desk is lock and the entrance to the rooms is open with out any security surveillance due to the area is absolutely necessary because in that area is to many homeless sleeping on the sidewalk in general I do not recommending this place.

Was really loud when people were coming and going late night or early in the morning. 4 suites in a confined area is hard to sound proof. The shower was nice and hot and the linens pristine! Grocery market across the street as well as the Rome Termini! Very great price for being so close! Loads of eating places on the same block as well.

It was quaint and polished. Near to landmarks to visit, public transportation, food store and supermarket. Very safe. Excellent staff that are friendly and accommodating.

Perfectly located at Rome termini Train station, renovation in progress a bit to do yet but all in all comfortable, good shower with good water flow & constant hot water, love the location really convenient.

Right across from the station. Front of the building is a construction zone. Nice wallpaper in room. Electrical outlets falling apart. AC was dripping water and broke at night, resulting in a hot and stuffy room for 4 people. Shower stall was not cleaned and moldy/very dirty on the edges. Room had a vinegar-ish scent. Front desk was nice.
