The room was clean and nice. The lady who checked us in was very hospitable. She even gave us a croissant and coffee/water while we were waiting to check in!
The only thing that was a little confusing was trying to get in through the front gate so that we could check in.
We had to do the self check-in. There was a detailed video on how to do it sent to us. And even late at night, and under the rain we managed to do it. There are two suggestions though: it's necessary to add that on leaving one should take the key for the outer gate, unlock it and keep open, return the key to the box and then exit the gated community through the gate (just slam is shut behind you). Another suggestion is not to call it B&B (as it was called in the video). There's no breakfast (there is a croissant and coffee, but not the real one) while Expedia states "Free breakfast from 4 to 10 am".
Hillary was so nice! This adorable place was perfect for my daughter and I to finally put our feet up after a day of walking 10 miles around Rome. The train stop from the airport is so quick, maybe 10 minutes, and easy to get to down town Rome.
It was even better that there alwas air condition to have on that super hot day. Just be warned it may be a little too comfortabke and you may over sleep and miss your flight (even with setting alarms...oops!)
If youre even considering this as a place to stay do it now and stop thinking about it! Just know kids are not allowed.
The host was very gracious when we arrived late, she came out to meet us at the gate and even allowed us to bring our car inside to unload and load our luggage. There are a few parking spots right next to the property, but if those are taken, parking just outside the gate is easy, with plenty of available spaces nearby.
The location is also convenient, within walking distance of a nice, delicious restaurant, and it is especially ideal if you are catching a flight out of Fiumicino Airport (FCO), which is just a short drive away. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.
