Very nice classy hotel. In walking distance from all attractions. Very quiet and nice area around. Hotel personnel was very kind and caring. They helped with everything: sightseeing, food recommendations, calling taxi, extra blankets, socket adapters, you name it! You feel like you’re their guest. Room was small but very tidy and looked like it was remodeled recently. We truly enjoyed our stay!

First, even though my reservation was for 3 people, the room wasn't set up for 3. So I had to ask them to set up. Second, I could see bug marks on the wall and I found an earwig on the floor so I had to kill.

Staff was super helpful, and it was exactly what we needed for the night we stayed in Rome. Room was comfortable for 2 people but on the smaller side. Everything was clean though and we were able to walk to some key tourist attractions.
