10/10! Lovely staff, easily walkable to all tourist attractions and cute breakfast options in the morning. Would definitely stay again and recommend all to stay.

The place was very clean and quiet. Everyone was pleasant including fellow guests. The staff was exceptional and did everything possible to ensure an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was so good, especially the fresh coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. Great food options including eggs, bacon, assortment of breads and pastries, jam, fruit and yougurt. I will definitely stay again all things are walkable. Stayed 3 nights and I was sad to go.

This is located just “outside the river”. If you going to Vatican City or the historic areas, it’s an easy compromise between the two. The property is a bit obscure but the # 70 bus drops off literally across the street. It was incredibly easy. The hotel was great. Our suite was spacious and had a really nice walk in rain shower. The breakfast was fresh, delicious. The staff were helpful and accommodating. They sent txt on WhatsApp before we arrived and checkout was simple. This will be our first choice when we return to Rome.
