The apartment is in a great location, easy to walk to most major tourist destinations, or the metro is 1 block away. There were some problems with both the hot water and the a/c; the manager responded immediately, and was very attentive. However, the a/c did not work my whole stay, and it was uncomfortable. AT check in, I was personally greeted by someone to walk me through any questions I may have. They were very accommodating.
Great location! Great communication with the person who will greet you in. Instructions are clear. Good air conditioning, and most important. Its safety area. You can find a lot of restaurants, everything is walkable distances. You can use public transportation! Really like it. Thank you.
A fantastic location to see and experience Rome, nice looking apartment however lacking supplies. No English instructions or manual. The safe was locked shut and weâre told to check the manual (which described where to find the safe in Italian but no way to reset it) Enough basic supplies for a 2 day stay but we were there for 5 and no communication from them once we were checked in. There is a washer/ dryer but bring your own soap. Overall a good location but a company runs this Vrbo and you donât get the same attention to detail and pride of ownership that you get from an owner
Overall, the location was wonderful for visiting some of the major sights of Rome (Trevi, Spanish Steps, Borghese Gardens). The apartment was small but functional. We were able to cook several meals in the apartment. The downside for us was no oven or microwave making certain meals challenging. Enjoyed our time in Rome
