The location was amazing! The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The mattresses need updated and the ad on Expedia indicated 2 king beds and 2 queen sleepers. There was only 1 king bed, not 2. All in all, a nice place to dstay.

Room was advertised as two kind beds and two pull out full sized sofa beds. The room only had one king bed and two full sized sofa beds. The sofa beds had no structure, and were difficult for two adults to sleep on. A bit uncomfortable for 5 adults. Floor was dirty, socks got dirty if shoes were taken off. Toilet paper and Kleenex were not refilled during a 5 night stay, we had to get toilet paper from the main bathroom by the front desk. Towels were supposed to be changed once every 3 days but ours were not. The one plus, the older gentleman working the desk was very helpful and friendly!!

The room we got was huge, bigger than what we expected, and just what we needed. Incredibly convenient and well-situated for walking around Rome. You can see Trevi Fountain from the balcony. The front desk was friendly, very helpful, and accommodating. The only downsides are that the building is a little tricky to access (not surprising given its location), and the street below our room was pretty lively with folks until late. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location. The rooms are very large and we loved how it had a fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and really helped me out. My daughter lost her ring while she was there and they found it and returned it to us. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I am very selective when looking for a place for my family to stay, but this place I can even begin to explained how unique it is. Don't expect the Ritz Carlton, but expect a very traditional and historic building outside, completely transform and modernized in the inside. Prepare yourself for an open concept ginormous room capable of fitting the Vatican inside of it. It is a family oriented place so all beds were basically exposed but all the beds were King size, all the beds were comfortable, I needed to text my children in other side of the room so I didn't need to yell, that's how big it is, i couldn't hear my son snore in the same room, that's hew enormous it is with 12 foot ceilings with beautiful classic finishes. Two giant closet and I kid you not I was afraid to go to Narnia if I opened one of them thas how big and impressive they were to us. One of the closets houses a fridge, (minibar), a conduction stove top (yes I mean it) it was basically a kitchenette. The bathroom has DOUBLE showers, the best part with privacy glass. So in my case the preparation of my family was cut in half with this great idea, did I also mentioned that the toilet , and bidet also had privacy glass, so basically 4 people could be in the bath at the same time. The location for us was perfect, 3 minutes away of Fontana Da Trevi, 10 minutes away of Pantheon, well 80 percent of what you want to see was at walking distance. Food is all around you, you are in the center of it.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our short stay here. The location was wonderful and with limited AC in many places our room was cooled to perfection for us. We loved being so close to the Trevi Fountain, shops and restaurants. I felt very safe with the security measures the hotel had in place for guest safety. It was also very nice to have an elevator to haul our luggage up to our floor.

This was a hidden gem!! I had booked a different hotel for our trip but was worried about the size so when I found this place I switched and hoped it was close to the pictures online. Wow! We were so pleasantly surprised by the staff and the room. They were very helpful and made us an espresso while we waited for our room to be ready. They also took us to our room to make sure we were happy with the accommodation and gave us information about the hotel. Neat fact, it used to be a palace! This explains why the rooms are so big and the courtyard you enter to get in. There is only 1 key because it’s a really old door but very secure. The room was beautiful and very clean. There was everything we needed for a 4 day trip including a mini fridge, water kettle and safe. This is a 2 min walk to the Trevi Fountain so plenty of restaurants and markets close by. Even though it’s close to the hustle and bustle of the fountain it’s really quiet. Also, the bathroom was new and the shower was big, huge plus! Highly recommended this place and thank you to the staff who made our stay so welcoming!!

Not at all like how it looks in the pictures. Small, tight living space. They charge an extra $100 per person. Meaning a family of four will pay an additional $300 on top of published rate, which is not worth it for this property considering all the other choices around. Good location next to Trevi Fountain, but I’d rather walk a bit next time.

This place was perfect for old country charm. Super close to the Trevi Fountain and shopping. It’s the perfect tourist hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room fit the 5 of us very comfortably.
