Nous Ă©tions deux couples avec deux nourrissons. Nous avons adorĂ© Rome et nous reviendrons c’est sĂ»r!

Concernant le logement, il Ă©tait spacieux avec de trĂšs bons Ă©quipements (appareils, literie, linge de bain). Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs gentil et trĂšs accommodant. En plus, l’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ© (proche Vatican et centre-ville). Nous ne nous sommes dĂ©placĂ©s qu’en transport en commun et c’était trĂšs bien (arrĂȘt de bus au pied de l’immeuble). Nous avons vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ© !!

Rome en famille

Paolo est un hĂŽte trĂšs avenant. Le logement est propre et spacieux. Nous pouvions manger sur le balcon ce qui Ă©tait trĂšs agrĂ©able. La rue est passante, mais c’est Rome. Nous Ă©tions Ă  20 minutes Ă  pied du Vatican. L’autobus se trouvait prĂšs du logement, il Ă©tait facile de nous rendre oĂč nous voulions. Nous avons adorĂ©.

APPARTEMENT MAGNIFIQUE ET BIEN SITUE

Nous avons apprécié cet appartement trÚs propre et bien situé - 20 mn du vatican avec possibilité de prendre un bus au pied de l'immeuble. Le propriétaire est trÚs accueillant et à l'écoute et nous explique comment nous déplacer pour accéder aux différents visites. Sans aucun doute nous le recommandons. Nous étions 8 et nous avons tous apprécié.

Great stay!

The apartment was spacious, the bathrooms were clean (though one lacked a shower curtain), and the owner was responsive and friendly. The kitchen was well-supplied with cookware and tableware. The location was good, with a convenient bus stop nearby that goes directly downtown. The distance between the apartment and central Rome definitely requires a bus ride, but at least it's cheap! We recommend this place!

Great experience for Party of Seven!

I would say the communication was the best part of the whole experience. From the time I booked a few months ago to my actual arrival everything went well. Paolo and Giulia gave us tips on what to see while in Rome and how to get about Rome. Even helped arrange for pickup service. The flat itself was clean and spacious. Our party of seven easily handled the space. Security was good and it was furnished with all the basic amenities. It's a bit outdated but worked well for our needs. I recommend this listing for families.

Family vacation and reunion with my family after long tree year's .

Paola e Giulia was an excellent host. They was very helpful and accommodating our transaction from , and to airport, and allowed us for early check in after long flight. The property is located in a wonderful section of Rome. Great location with walking distance to Vatican City, and very convenient to restaurants, coffee shops, market and public transportation. We would definitely recommend this appointment to friends and family. We look forward to being able to return to Paolo’s appointment as some time in the future. Thank you once again.

The apartment was as described in the listing. It was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the Vatican and the metro/bus. It was just far enough away from all the crowds. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Die Wohnung ist sauber - nur das Bad könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen - schön eingerichtet und gut zu bewohnen fĂŒr eine grĂ¶ĂŸere Gruppe. Dadurch, dass sie zwei Toiletten bzw. Duschen hat kommt man auch morgens gut zurecht. Die KĂŒchenausrĂŒstung genĂŒgt auch zum Kochen fĂŒr mehrere Personen - auch wenn man sich als deutscher Gast eine Kaffeemaschine wĂŒnschen wĂŒrde. Als Ferienwohnung-erprobte Urlauberin kann ich sagen, dass man die Wohnung gut mieten kann. - Prima ist die Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Der Bus kam zwar nie dann, wenn wir ihn laut App erwartet hĂ€tten. Aber dafĂŒr kann ja der Vermieter nichts. Ich wĂŒrde die Wohnung ggf. wieder mieten.

Het was ooit een mooi appartement maar heeft zeker onderhoud nodig

Snel contact gehad met de eigenaar van het appartement. Hij heeft de taxi geregeld die ons kwam halen op het vliegveld en ons bracht tot voor de deur van het appartement, . De eigenaar kwam gejaagd over. Snel rondje door het appartement en weg was hij. Al snel bleek niet alles perfect te zijn. In een appartement waar je met 9 personen kunt verblijven en dan maar beschikt over 3 tuinstoelen buiten, is wat aan de krappe kant. Op beide badkamers waren de houder voor de douchekop afgebroken. In de badkamer met bad werkte de knop bad/douche niet. Het toilet was lek. In de andere badkamer was het niet veel beter. De verlichting was deels defect en ook hier was de houder voor de douchekop afgebroken. De deur was absoluut niet schoon en de douchebak zat vol met scheuren. Er werd verzocht om het afval te scheiden. Echter de bakken buiten waren overvol zodat de spullen rondom de bakken geplaatst moesten worden. En dan met de zomerse temperaturen was dit verschrikkelijk. De stank was niet te harden. In de keuken was het niet veel beter. Spullen in de kast waren niet schoon. Boiler en waterkoker samen, veroorzaakten telkens kortsluiting. De oven werkte niet, evenals de afzuigkap. Deze was niet eens aangesloten. Ook ontbrak een afwasteiltje of een doodgewone stop. Breng zelf afdrooghanddoeken mee want deze zijn niet voorhanden. De tv was niet te gebruiken. Deze stond op een van de slaapkamers omdat het stopcontact in de woonkamer defect was. Paolo kwam niet echt betrokken over. Op de dag van vertrek kwamen we hem tegen in het trappenhuis en hij reageerde niet eens of zei ons gedag. Voordelen zijn de ligging qua busverbinding, een 2tal goede restaurants en fantastische bakker, slager en patisserie. Geen uitgaansgebied.

Perfect place in Rome

Allgemein gut und zufriedenstellend

Es ist gut Platz fĂŒr 9 Leute vorhanden, keine Klimaanlage aber Ventilatoren reichen gerade so aus fĂŒr die heißen Tage. Geschirr und Einrichtung gut vorhanden. Leider kein GeschirrspĂŒler vorhanden. Heisswasser sehr ungleichmĂ€ĂŸig. Sicherung fliegt manchmal raus aber ist dann in der Wohnung wieder einschaltbar. Lage war gut, mit Verkerhsmöglichkeiten, LĂ€den und Gastronomie. Preis / Leistung stimmt! Wir fĂŒhlten uns wohl und können es weiter empfehlen.

Beautiful and spacious apartment, great location

We were a party of 9 (4 adults and 5 children) and found Paolo's apartment to be very comfortable and spacious. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The apartment is in a good location, close to transportation and in a very safe neighborhood. A bus stop is just a short distance from the apartment and the train station is two blocks away, about a 5 min. walk. Paolo was a terrific host! He was very friendly and spoke English well. He met us at the entrance way and showed us around the apartment. He helped us with direction to public transport and suggested different restaurants and shops around the apartment. He also went above and beyond for our family--we accidentally left our passports in the apartment. Paolo found them and expressed mailed them to us in Germany! We are so grateful for him and his kindness! We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home, Paolo and for being so kind! We had a wonderful stay in Rome ❀

Great!

We had a great time in Rome in this apartment. We came with our family, consisting of 7 adults and one child. Every couple had its own room, which was very good and the fact that there are two bathrooms its also important. Great pizzeria just around the corner, as well as train station balduina. During our stay it was very hot, thus walking to vatican was hard, however we were even more happy arriving in the flat and enjoying the evening with a glass of wine on the balcony :-) We would book it again!

Rome!

What a lovely apartment in the heart of a Rome neighborhood! Four ladies travelled from the US prior to a Mediterrean cruise and what a time we had. This apartment is near EVERYTHING! Metro, bakery, market, butcher, gelato, pastries, cafes in all directions. The owner left us a map and we were able to venture out and explore on foot. The apartment itself has 4 nice size bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms plus a lift!! It was nice for everyone to have their own space before the cruise and we took full advantage of relaxing on the balcony each evening. When the Internet wasn't working, the owner promptly took care of the issue. The Metro right outside the apartment takes you right to all the sites including the Vatican, Spanish Stairs and Trevi Fountain. I could not asked for a nicer apartment nor a better owner who took the time to provide all the details needed to see both the neighborhood and Rome. Appartement met 4 ruime tweepersoons slaapkamers en twee badkamers.

Het was een aangename week vakantie in mei met 7 volwassenen in dit appartement. De eigenaar regelde een taxi en ontving ons vriendelijk. Hij toonde het hele appartement en gaf ons veel informatie over de omgeving. Het appartement voldoet volledig aan de beschrijving. Het appartement is eenvoudig, maar volledig ingericht. Alles was schoon en er is voldoende linnengoed. In mei is het goed toeven in Rome, wij als Nederlanders lopen bij 20 graden zonder jas, maar de Italianen zijn vaak nog warm gekleed. Hoe het appartement in de zomer is wat betreft warmte is mij onbekend. De buurt was een aangename verrassing, veel winkeltjes (slager, bakker, visboer, gebak, groenteboer, etc.) etc. Het is geen uitgaansgebied, je kunt er goed slapen. Wij hebben zelf gekookt met heerlijke Italiaanse ingrediënten uit de plaatselijke winkeltjes. Het transport naar de stad is even puzzelen. De bus (990 voor de deur) rijdt niet zo vaak, maar een combinatie met trein (vlakbij!) en metro is snel en uitstekend. Het openbaar vervoer in Rome is goedkoop (1,50 voor 100 minuten). We hebben zelf de taxi genomen (niet met koffers sjouwen) vanaf het vliegveld(60 euro), maar met metro en trein is het goed en snel mogelijk. Het appartement is zeer geschikt om de bijzonderheden in Rome te bezoeken, het ligt net buiten de oude stad. Een aanrader is ook Ostia Antica, dit geeft een goed beeld van een Italiaanse stad uit 500 AD en is beter bewaard dan de meeste opgravingen. Als je graag met een gids door het Colosseum of Vaticaans museum wilt gaan, dan worden er vaak audio guides uitgegeven. Let op de oortjes zijn zo slecht (worden ook niet ingenomen!!!) dat de gids onverstaanbaar is. Aan te raden is je eigen oortjes gebruiken. Als je meegaat met een gids door het Vaticaans museum, zorg dan dat je in een kleine groep komt. Het museum is heel druk!
