The modern, comfortable and tastefully furnished house consists of a large living room with a sitting area with a sofa bed, a dining area and a large open kitchen with a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster to prepare quick snacks or complete meals.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe.

The bathroom has a bathtub, a shower, and a bidet.

The panoramic terrace is equipped with table and chairs and offers the opportunity to relax outdoors during meals and whenever you want, using the practical grill for a quick barbecue!

Our keyholder will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in.

We will be available to guests for any questions, information, needs and clarifications by phone and mail.

Upon check-in, each guest is required to display a valid document for the purpose of communicating personal data to the Public Safety Authority, as required by the law.

Upon arrival you'll be asked to pay the city tax of € 3,50 per person per night,as per Italian Law.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:

- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;

- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.
