"I never saw staff around helping or giving any kind of instructions. The pizza food court area to order was chaotic. So many people didn’t know how to use their credits and the pick up lines had everyone trying to cut because they would see their name pop up. The timer on getting ice and drinks was a disaster and couldn’t get ice for days. It was never filled up.
Adult only hot tub had no one to regulate that. Kids were in there every day.
Bowling should have instructions on how to get tickets.
There was only one working elevator for the entire weekend WORST part of the trip "
