We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. The restaurant and bar were great. Pool and hot tub outside were great. So warm despite the cool weather. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

Was able to check in early which was greatly appreciated after travelling overnight! Room and hallways were too warm and window in the bedroom did not open :( 1 bedroom suite was a good size, very comfortable.

Room was never serviced. Even when we put the service sign on the door, or asked the front desk to have our room serviced. We were there for 4 days and asked for new towels and Kleenex. Nothing.

The room was right when you walked out of the elevator. So it was very noisy. Couldn’t get any sleep at all. Then there was no place to eat breakfast as the restaurant was closed. We were not told this or would not of booked the place.
