Very clean rooms and comfortable beds and good breakfast. Excellent for kids and seniors (great accessibility). Kids really enjoyed the water slide and pool and adults enjoyed it too! Bring earplugs for night sleep because airplane noise can get loud if that is bothersome. Highly recommend this hotel. Front desk staff is very friendly and approachable for information suggestions.

Overall it was a good stay, but the biggest downfall was that there wasn’t regular shuttles from the airport. You had to call the hotel for the shuttle, and when you don’t have network service on a cell from crossing a border into the country, that gets difficult. Also the shampoo in the shower empty, and when we brought it to their attention, it still wasn’t filled our whole 4 night stay. Other than that, it was clean, breakfast was good and breakfast staff was attentive, and the safety feature of needing a room key to use the elevators helped you be at peace of mind.

When booking, we inquired about a shuttle to Via Rail. IHG said a Via shuttle came to the hotel. The front desk says there is no shuttle, so we will incur the additional expense of booking a taxi. Accurate information would have influenced our hotel booking.

Front Desk staff mishandled my appointment for the airport shuttle - I had one staff write me in the book but when I double checked, I was not written in the scheduling. I also had issues with payment. They asked me to provide payment before check in when I specified on booking I would pay at the property. The only nice and friendly staff were the breakfast staff, who helped me when the pancake machine wasn't dispensing properly. My room was OK, but the main floor lamp did not work and my room was constantly dark. I had to turn on all the bedside lamps to make sure I could see while I was packing. Otherwise the room was clean and nicely furnished.

I booked one king size bed room. Very large room, with a comfortable sofa. Breakfast is good too. I hope the schedule of shuttle can be more often since I had waited at airport more than 1 hr 40 minutes. Besides that everything is perfect!

We had to search for the main entrance of the hotel. The parking isn’t free. Have to pay $20 for the over night parking. You have to come down to the concierge to get the tops for your coffee or tea. Apart from this, the hotel is good, clean and quiet.
