Great location. Staff were exceptional. A little loud on morning street side with construction starting around 6:30 am. Balconies are a great plus although my neighbors were smoking w33d non stop on theirs and filled the room especially with AC on.

Stayed here to attend an event at the Bell Centre. Location is perfect for this- an easy <10minute walk. There are lots of shops and restaurants on the block and it’s very walkable. There is however no on site parking, and the valet parking was full when we arrived. We had to park several blocks away in an underground facility which was ok but not great. The building is a bit old and the elevators VERY slow to wait for. The rooms were clean and simple. Would stay here again as long as I didn’t need car access during our stay. Check in staff were LOVELY and so kind. Upon checking out the desk staff was a bit curt, but not unprofessional.

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and almost unusable. The carpet was very dirty. The elevators are the slowest I've ever seen.

Overall, this hotel is ok as a budget option if no other choices are available. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but the dealbreaker for me was finding yellow and red stains on the pillowcases. breakfast was extremely overcrowded, to the point where I wouldn’t consider it a perk when booking this hotel.

We booked a king size and sofabed, upon arrival the sofabed aint fixed yet coz the bed sheets are still laundrying and it ends up that i have to fix the sofa bed myself. The bath tub was clogged, carpet was not vacuumed. The breakfast??? cold hard boiled egg???

Staff were friendly and location is excellent! The hotel and rooms are clearly a bit dated, mostly clean but starting to look bad with stained and peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, however rooms were cleaned well. Breakfast was included but would not recommend as it was incredibly crowded, chaotic trying to get food, and no room in the breakfast area to sit. Valet parking was also mentioned and while someone does helpfully guide you to their offsite lot, you need to go with them and walk back, as well as pick up your own car when leaving so it is not real valet service. Overall great location and solid place for a nights sleep, but it is dated and amenities are lacking
