I found rats in the lobby. The water sink in the room is constantly producing noise and bad smell. Have to put my t shirt on the pillow to make myself feel less itchy. Very loud noise from the bar outside. The actually ro is far worse than the photo. After i made all the complains and decide to forget my money and checkout early, the staff behind the desk only told me ok do as you wish. Really made me think that $500 a night in any other hotel would be a deal.

You get what you pay for. Very centrally located. You have to know what to expect in terms of neighbourhood when you stay on Ste-Catherine / St-Laurent. A place to get a bit of sleep is all.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM I booked a room at this place based on the photos I saw online, but the reality was completely different. The listing is very misleading. What they don’t show is that the property is right next to a sex shop, and the entrance area was filthy, with cigarette butts scattered all over smelly, dirty stairs. The room itself was in poor condition — run-down and neglected. The fire alarm had exposed wires, which made me feel very unsafe. I ended up leaving shortly after arriving because I did not feel comfortable or secure staying there. Unfortunately, I lost my money and had to book another place last minute. I would not recommend this property to anyone. It felt unsafe and completely misrepresented

The room was dirty, literally made our feet black, and our bed sheets had a cigarette burn and hair on them. Saw other customers recommended bringing your own sleeping bag, would second that.

I felt it's the property was very clean, and it was easy for me to get back-and-forth from the train station. However, I also felt that it wasn't entirely safe at the location.
