Interesting stay... no private bathroom, only public, room was dusty, windows feel non-existent, you will hear everything. The room was mostly clean, with only 1 cigarette hole in the sheets! You get what you pay for here.

There was nothing good about this place. We ended up leaving and formfitting our two night stay there. The sheets were full of hair and lubrication stains. The bathroom had mould, cockroaches, dried pee on the toilet seat and bowl, the sink and counter area was full of toothpaste spit, empty containers ntainers, garbage, the tub had mould all over inside. I would NEVER recommend this place.

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and I'm happy to report that the breakfast still includes good strong coffee and some gluten free cereal options. It's a good value: nothing fancy but pleasant and restful.

The room was poorly maintained. Knob off of the closet door, etc. TV did not work the first day. Staff came up and spent 15 minutes rebooting on the second day. TV did not work the third day. Room finishes and decor were less than optimal. I wish I had stayed in the Double Tree about a block away. It would have cost more, but it would have been worth it.

very old and tired facilities....price was good as it should be as this place was really only of hostel quality in condition and amenities. Didn't feel comfortable and not so safe. was not clean. shared bathroom sin the hallway. Would not recommend for women travelling alone.

Due to flight cancellation and delay, I suddenly needed to stay overnight in Montreal. I found a hotel on Expedia, sorted by the cheapest options. It turned out to be located inside an old building with no elevator. After checking in on the second floor, I was guided to a room two more floors up, and just carrying my luggage up there was a struggle. The staircase was awful—steep, with worn-out carpet, and the hallway felt so unstable I worried it might collapse beneath me. I nervously entered the room, only to find the floor visibly slanted and the lock so flimsy I couldn’t tell whether it was actually secure. Given that the area already seemed sketchy, I felt extremely uneasy. The shared shower room showed no signs of recent use, and I was worried that someone might break into the room or the shower while I was bathing and steal my valuables. In the end, I didn’t even take a shower and checked out after just one night. The breakfast, however, was properly prepared, so I’ll give credit for that.
