The three Oaks duplex home at 1133 17th St. Salem, OR 97301. Come enjoy are comfortable, stylish, centrally located property which is just walking minutes away from the State Capitol, Willamette University or Downtown Salem Historic District bosting all its history and charm. This location you're very close to everything with easy jump on and off 1-5 freeway access. Just finished fully remodeled, everything is completely brand new inside with smart style and every amenity you could ever imagine.

Harken back to 1958, this historic property was built by the US Government to house officers after WWII. Today it is fully remodelled showing off the orginial, refinished oak hardwood floors, large picutre window and large kitchen and laundry room. The recent renovation added other luxury items like heated tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms, keep your toes toasty warm for winter. The bathrrom has a Toto Washlet toilet with heated seat and washing feature to reduce toilet paper use. All LED lighting and other energy saving features. Each room in the unit has been lovingly restored and upgraded for your comfort and convience. Very quiet neighborhood with mature oak trees providing shade all summer. Nice woodland type gardens under mature oak trees.

Homey and clean place to stay for a couple of nights!

The apartment was just as advertised and we enjoyed our stay. There is a nice stock of coffee pods, spices, olive oil and other kitchen necessities if you want to do some cooking. The heated flooring and toilet seat were nice extras on some rainy chilly days! You can hear the train a few times at night and the early morning, but other than that, very quiet.

Neat, quiet and well appointed

We were staying because my daughter had her in-laws visiting and it was our turn to go to a Verbo. This little Verbo in Salem is centrally located to good food and is really neat and clean. It was easy to get into and easy to feel secure. Highly recommended if you’re going to be in Salem.

Perfect for two to four people

This gem is in the central southern part of Salem. My handicapped daughter and I were visiting her sister who recently moved to Salem and we wanted to help her move her stuff from Alaska so we had one bag and brought three for her. It was cozy and just right a quick ten to every part of Salem. The house was clean and the walk in shower was perfect for my daughter. I was so busy each day we were there most evening and got to meet some neighbors who were wonderful to talk to. Highly recommend this place for a quiet but central position in the city.

Absolute Heaven

The place is SO pretty and peaceful. So much thought and work must have gone into creating this beautiful little haven. It was within 5 minutes drive to Salem hospital where my brother needed to get heart stents. Paint, decor, beautiful bedrooms and bathroom, darling living room and kitchen. Garden and yard. Just wonderful. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Lovely!

This home was as described and so much more! All of the extra attention to detail, from a well supplied kitchen to the usb charging ports in the bedside tables, heated floors in the bathroom and so many more conveniences that made our stay so comfortable. Highly recommended!!

Cute place to stay

House number hard to see from road since it's a unit set back from street, but once we figured it out, easy to get to. Carport parking behind unit accessible through alley. Quiet neighborhood. Nice to have air conditioning! Decorated nicely. Very clean. Comfortable bed.
