The site stated a $25 per pet deposit. We had 2 dogs with us and they charged us $75 instead of $50. When I questioned it, they said "I just click pets and that's what it charged you" and would not change it!!

The remodeled room only had one garbage can and you had to hold the lever down on the toilet to get it to flush properly. The bed was hard. We arrived looking for a Shilo andsaw Best Western. That was confusing. They were between names at the time. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rom decor was updated.

Really loved the trees and plants, fountain. The rooms were very clean and bathrooms sparkling. Staff very nice and helpful!

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at the Shilo Inn. The staff was super friendly helped us get checked into our room with ease. The furniture in the room was brand new and really comfortable, modern, and nice. And the outdoor pool, hottub, gazebo, and walkways are all super cute. It appears that some of the buildings on the property are still under construction, and the signage was a bit confusing. Despite that, we were incredibly impressed with the value for the price. Looking forward to staying here again sometime in the future!

Over all it was a nice place, great price the staff was great also with the exception of one person, You could hear everything loudly though people constantly slamming the doors day and night or kids on the patio running and playin around outside didn’t get much sleep, there’s no room privacy on your patio area anyone can walk by your room and the lock was broken on the patio door it just had a plastic pipe to place on the bottom of the door. I had to call to get towels , iron & board , the placed messed up and had us checked out early twice one per housekeeping so I had to call then we couldn’t get back in after our all day sight seeing so had to go back up to the office to get the card reactivated .
