Check in service was very slow and can be improved considerably.
The workers who help with the wheelchair clients do not understand what it is like to use a wheelchair. One has to get comfortable in the chair with the carryon luggage and such. The workers need to give the clients more time to get settled before they take off to the next gate. This service was okay but could be improved.
