First time staying at hyatt it was nice stay food was alright, beds are slightly uncomfortable not to bad, water pressure was excellent, staff was friendly, kinda didnt like the fact that animals where able to go inside where the breakfast was. Also if you dont get the valet parking youd be lucky to find a close spot near the hotel.

Great location in downtown Portland, quiet but pretty neighborhood by the river. Nice rooms and all the amenities one needs from a business hotel. Large suite style rooms with kitchenettes also good for families with kids.

Overall the hotel was nice. We loved the layout of our room, the comfy bed. However, some of the furniture is visually worn and misaligned with the overall quality of the room. Lobby and breakfast area could also use more frequent sweeping and mopping. Again overall the hotel and our experience was good.

Super clean, very spacious room. Friendly, helpful staff. Free breakfast buffet is a huge bonus. Area around the hotel was quiet. We walked up to the Portland State University area in the evening. Lots of students walking around. Felt safe. Went on an impromptu snack/dessert crawl and it was great! Everything our family would need. Would stay here again, no doubt.
