The door to refrigerator was broken. No maid service ever had to call front desk for fresh towels. Room was unclean. Bathroom toilet and shower were pretty disgusting. Valet was good and front desk unfortunately that was the end of it.

Staff was wonderful but the hotel is far from comfortable! Beds are lumpy rocks rooms are cheap and outdated, hotel is in the middle of nothing. Save yourself and just don’t go.

First off we were kindly received by Jeremiah at the front desk, he was very patience with us and he took the time to explain all that was included in out stay and he told us all about our rooms. I would like to greatly thank to Jeremiah he immediately reported us that we forgot important items at the lobby, please give this person a raise! I want to express that the room was spotless, the breakfast spot on specially the potatoes, the coffee and the eggs. Never disappoints the time they have open the breakfast buffet! We were also kindly supported when we requested to keep our rooms for a second night and this was done by: Christine and her manager (please forgive me I forgot the name of the manager). So staff, staff and staff the stars of the hotel. Thank you!
