The room was well designed and tastefully furnished. The location was outstanding. The staff gave us an opportunity to upgraded our room. We were very glad we did. Since the weather was poor we enjoyed the view from the room all the more. Only thing missing were hangers and a microwave.

Nice room, on the smaller side than the pics show, but very nice front desk staff. Biggest issue was housekeeping just keyed into the room when the do not disturb was on the door - no knock or anything.

The hotel was great with one small exception, detailed below. The front desk staff were lovely. The cookies abd ciffee in the lobby were very nice! The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great for us; it was close to what we were planning to do, and there were lots of restaurants in walking distance. We really appreciated that parking was included and easy. The only thing that I didn't like was the fan in the bathroom (which was a single switch tied to the light and thus had to be heard of you turnedon the light) was deafening. So, so loud. And didn't actually work that well. Even with a short shower lasting 4 or 5 minutes, the mirror would be completely steamed up. Please address that. In spite of how nice everything else was, it would actually prevent me from staying there again.

The staff is outstanding. The building is about 100 years old, so some of the amenities are dated. The bed was wonderful. Parking is great.

What was unique was that it was on a quiet street but in walking distance to downtown. Feels like the 70’s very clean!!!

Staff was very kind and helpful, the shower was lovely and stayed hot, the room was clean and comfortable. In room coffee is available. Parking is a challenge, but that seems to be a central Portland thing. Beautiful surrounding neighborhood and close to shops and food. Definitely would stay again.
