We stayed here for our anniversary and I wish I could give this hotel more stars. They went above and beyond on our requests and were very informative when we had questions. Valet service also went above and beyond! Everyone was very friendly as well. Beautiful hotel in a perfect downtown location! We absolutely loved the deep soaking tub in the room. The bed was SO comfy and those pillows were pure heaven so now we’re looking at purchasing them for our place. The restaurant staff on site were also absolutely amazing. It was super busy Friday night but they were still so friendly and everything was just amazing. Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be coming back!

I wasnt happy at all... with the room. It was suppose to be a great get away. Bathtub dirty hair in it and shower was dirty and the same with the hair in there. It was absolutely gross! And to have no kind of view!?!? Like what? Absolutely disgrace!!! I will not be staying there again!

What stands out the most was the customer service. They have people who open the door for you. Everyone encountered was pleasant and understood how to make guests feel comfortable. We had one issue but they got right on it to try and fix it. They talked to us like we were friends. They were very accommodating. We had traveled a long ways and they let us check in early.

Safeway is 3 blocks as well as Starbucks and several drug stores. Restaurants from Mexican to steakhouse. Great location and the black out curtains actually work. Nice room. Friendly staff. Which they had pod coffee makers in rooms. Other than that no complaints. 2 Restaurants /bars in lobby.

Great hotel and staff. The Bartender Brian at the moonshine and whiskey bar in the hotel is top notch. Room service left something to be desired so we just stopped using it but overall we will absolutely stay here again. The area around is very walkable and plenty to do.
