Staff was very friendly and helpful. When we discovered our mini fridge wasn't working, they replaced it (or fixed it. Either way, it's working now). Room was clean although dated, and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint is noise, but I am more sensitive than most. I could hear traffic (especially with wet roads) and music coming from someone, but nothing that couldn't be solved with ear plugs. It's a great location if you are willing to walk places--everything we needed was within a mile, and other things we wanted to see were within 2 miles. Public transit is also an option, but we didn't use it.
