While the staff was very friendly and professional, the location of the hotel was not good. Many homeless people in the area which made me feel unsafe. I arrived at 1:00am and could only find parking that I had to pay for about a 5mins walk from the hotel. I had to walk by the homeless people in the middle of the night which was scary. Then to make matters worst the door to the hotel was locked and I had to call a number and go through keypad options to get a live person to be let in. I was eager to get into the hotel because of the homeless population and how dark it was and it was frustration to call in order to get in. Lastly the room was neat for the most part but the bathroom seemed a little dirty. The over all look of the hotel was not appealing and and the inside reflected the same as the outside. But as a place I slept warm and the room heater worked well.

was nice inside very scary outside many tents on the side walk on the back of the hotel with many homeless group settings the whole block.
