No idea why this place is rated 4.5 stars. Furnishings are very worn. Sink stoppers in both of our rooms were stuck shut. Mold on soap dispensers and tub grout. Very dimly lit. One of the “upgraded” rooms offered as an alternative smelled like cat pee. Staff was outstanding so that was a plus.

The hot tub ran very low on water after only using it for about 30 minutes and just about every jet to adjust the flow, seemed to be broken and came off when trying to adjust. The hot tub itself is what we got the room for and just overall unsatisfied with it's condition.

The good: The hotel itself was nice! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall a solid spot to stay, I would again. The bad: Elevators smelled like homelessness which was weird. If you drive, you have to valet for $60/day or park in parking garage across the street. We did valet which was super nice and convenient but decently pricey.

Paid for a Jacuzzi room. The TUB has green slime all over edges and the filter area. My GF and I also were sick the following next day and left with itchy skin even though we showered after getting in the Jacuzzi.
