Near Beach Condo

Welcome to San Clemente, the Spanish Village by the Sea!
This ocean view property is a few minutes walk to the pier; beaches and a 5 min. walk to charming downtown. You will find amazing restaurants, wine bars and excellent shopping. Every Sunday, there is a Farmers Market. The first Sunday of every month, features an Art & Craft fair. All for your enjoyment!

Our beaches are famous for surfing, body boarding, paddle boarding, & swimming. The beach trail is excellent for a nice morning run.
The space
This Newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2-bath upper unit condo features two spacious balconies. One with an ocean view! Very spacious and open floor plan, with high ceilings. Cozy fireplace in living room. Comfortable and quiet. Plenty of room for table games and other entertainment.
The Master Bedroom features:
Cal King sized bed, walk in closet, dresser, chest and 32” TV, private bathroom with a bathtub/shower, and a private balcony.
Second Bedroom features:
Queen sized bed, large closet, and dresser.
Third Bedroom features:
Two twin beds, with a nightstand with drawers for your use and a luggage rack.
The 2 bedrooms share a convenient full bathroom across the hallway.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with appliances (microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, and refrigerator/freezer) cooking and dining utensils. Enjoy the brand new dining area table, with seating for 6.

The apartment was great. It was clean, comfortable, and had a nice beachy vibe and color. The beach itself was only a very short walk down the hill. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch to relax, where you could see the ocean in the distance. Overall, we would love to make this place our go-to place when we come down to San Clemente from the Bay Area.

A lovely place! Beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We had a working retreat there, and had ample room for meetings and spaces for quiet times too. We were able, in just a few minutes, to walk to the pier and two great eateries! My team wants us to stay there again next year!

Perfect location

First time to San Clemente- Lily was so attentive to all of my questions and was quick to respond. The place was well kept and modern. I packed way too much- the house has more than enough amenities to make for all your vacation stay perfect. We had an amazing stay at this fabulous rental home! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to downtown, which made everything so convenient. We originally chose this place because it was close to family, but honestly, we’d come back again just for the home itself.It was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into the space—from the comfy beds (with blackout blinds throughout) to the thoughtfully stocked kitchen (with nice pans!), every detail was just right. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Best Stay Ever!

Condo was spotless, it had all the amenities that were on the listing, everything worked. Communication with renter was easy and she replied right away. You could not ask for a better location, less than 5-minute walk to the beach/pier, and about the same to main street shopping. Cannot say enough about how clean and nice the condo was, it was cozy and made us feel like we were at home.Will look for this again next time we come to town.

Wonderful stay!

The property was great! It was big, very clean and walkable to both the beach and restaurants! We loved walking to the coffee shop near the pier every morning. The host was easy to get in touch with and sent easy check in instructions. I would definitely recommend staying here.
