The Space:

Make your way inside this chic Mission Bay townhouse and be greeted with bright, open plan living designed and styled with your comfort in mind along with everything you could need for a relaxing beachside stay.



Cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the open, galley style kitchen that comes fully equipped with high-end appliances, a coffee maker to get your day started right and all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils you could need.



Relax and unwind after a day spent at the beach on the plush chaise lounge where you can sit back with your favorite book or stay in for a movie on the large wall mounted TV. The living area also doubles as a third sleeping space with an air mattress for an additional two guests.



There are two warm and welcoming bedrooms within the townhouse with each offering comfortable beds topped in soft, hotel quality linen along with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. There is also an air bed that can be set up in the living room to accommodate 6 guests maximum.



The master bedroom features a luxuriously large king bed with an adjoining ensuite bathroom and access to the sunny patio deck while bedroom two is also filled with a king size bed and shares the central bathroom with a walk in shower stocked with all the essentials.

Surrounding the home you have a handful of restaurants, cafes, Ralphs Supermarket and the popular Promenade Shopping Mall where you can stock up on beachwear, order a morning smoothie, stop in at the beachside beer garden or one of the tasting rooms for when you’ve earned a drink.



Visit the largest water park of its kind in the world, Mission Bay Aquatic Park, which offers everything from kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding to water skiing, sailing, kite surfing and everything in between.
